Dudes, PC muscle work is sooooooooooooo important to our Penis Enlargement gains and sexual life. My self included, I know a lot of us have a hard time remembering to do our PC work so I am starting the "Pelvic Floor Muscle Team". The purpose; to help us stay dedicated and focused on our penis strength and ejaculatory controll.
I would like people to join this team who are serious about strengthening themselves and possesing some of the worlds strongest penises here at
Matters Of Size.
I will start us off with a very simple but intense routine that i have done in the past. Squeeze and hold as hard as you can, i usually go a few minutes, then when you cant hold it anymore slowly release with controll and give it a minute break then do it again. Do this 3 times and on the third one, when you think you cant hold it any longer do TEN mor seconds(this TEN seconds should feel like an hour). Thats it, this routine does not take long and as for every muscle that has been extremely stressed we need to give it a day to recover, so we will work every other day! If your pelvic floor muscles are not sore and tired you aren't going hard enough, it is up to YOU to mentally push yourself HARD.
