Every time I see this thread I feel so guilty. I keep committing to doing the PC work but I still have not done it. I think I need to set an alarm or something.

Thats excellent! That was the whole purpose of creating this thread, so that we all feel obligated to do this and bring eachother up. Common DLD, stay on track. I'd offer you PM's to remind you but I don't know if you would find them in your jungle of PM's, Haha. Anything I can do to help Bro?

Well I am back at my Pe routine full force. Took a week or so to consider, decided I wanted a 9" cock and here I am again.

Today I experimented with my Pc work out. I held a really long one. Then I held one and tried my best to hold it while pulsing reverse kegels against it. Wanna talk about burn? I know where my Pc muscle is now for sure.

Tonight I'm just doing the old hold and grimace.

I saw that you were having orgasm problems on your thread. Are you doing PFM workouts everyday? When muscles are worked very hard they need a day off in between to recover.

Glad to see that you are back in full force bro!! Keep going!
 
The orgasm issues came from doing bad Pe. I can even pinpoint the exact time I did it wrong. I was wanting to see exactly how far it could stretch so I grabbed my head in a death grip and just pulled up. I could feel pain around the spot where the head connects to the shaft. Not a long Penis Enlargement session kind of ache. I'm talking pain. STUPID STUPID STUPID! Our bodies have pain responses for a reason.

After that I noticed less sensation along the top of the head. The sides were fine. It's coming back though. Or maybe not. Who knows. Hard to gauge things.

I hadn't done anything that stupid yet and was just pushing the envelope on how rough I could get.

I've since been re evaluating my work out. I figure if I can't do something as simple as jelqing properly, maybe it's time to focus on basics.

My PC muscle on the other hand. Now that is a thing of mythic strength now. Since doing the Pc work outs I have come to the point of being able to do a PC kegel and then reverse kegel pulses against that. Pretty intense stuff. Really intensely hard erections with intense sensation are the result. Very cool.

Thanks:) I just need to get inspired. Being B-Polar I go through periods of depression that make it difficult to do much of anything (But paint and draw). I have learned to accept this but I always know that the mania will come back and I will have a period of inspiration...I hope it is soon:)

ill join the club though i seriously hate doing kegels....its like doing leg days when working out...you seriously dont wanna do it..buts its like homework..you have to do it to get an understanding of the shit

tried an intense kegel session today while watching scrubs. after holding the kegel past a few minutes it started fidgeting once i released the kegel. it was near impossible to squeeze and do a kegel for more than a 5-10 seconds.
 
good stuff man! give it a days rest then train it really hard again! I'm glad to hear this.
 
Alright. Decon break is over. I'm back on. Starting tomorrow the kegals will resume...while sitting in class ignoring lecture. :)
 
For everyone who forgets his PC-muscle:
Do it directly after your length/girth-workout. Make it to a part of your routine. So after warming down, watch 10 minutes TV and do your PC-muscle workout. If you do it like this, you can't forget them.
But in the last weeks, I did not do my kegels after my workout, so I forgot them all day long, and when I was lying in bed suddenly a voice in my head said: Do your kegels! This really sucked. I was tired like hell and just wanted to sleep, but I had to do my kegels;) I try to do them in the afternoon the next weeks.

Tomorrow I'll start my new routine:)
 
cool 9!! I have slipped on my resiflex part of the routine, but i find the long kegals easy to do becuase i just do my routine in the car. Everytime I sit down in my seat i think about weather it is an on day or an off day. I must continue my resiflex routine for a powerful BC. Is there anyone on the team that has started this routine?
 
I changed my routine i do 5 1min holds with a 30sec rest in between each one then i rest for 2 mins and do quick kegels for 2mins str8, I'm going switch my routine up every 2 weeks and make it more intense every time
