30 minutes of slow jelqing AM

rotary blasters w/progressive stretching mixed in before hitting the sack
 
gonna do another workout. Probably some blasters and a few clamped squashes (again).
 
i wake up do about a 3 min stretch, jump in shower do 300-600 jelques
then do 100 quick kegels 25 5sec kegals 1 1 min kegal
then at nights i do a good 30-45 mins manual stretching. (get all the angles)

pretty much the newbie routine
 
100 50% ECRECT WETJELQS,100 80% ERECT WET JELQS ,THEN 5 ULI'S AND 3 HORSE SQUEEZES 30 SECOUNDS EACH, THEN I HIT THE SHOWER RUN THE WATER HOT THEN DO A ULI HOLD FOR LIKE 45 SECOUNDS.

This is my new routine I don't know If I'm gaining or not with it... it's too soon to tell.
 
the same as usual. 6 sets of 20 alternating by pulley and hanging but i bumped up to 10 lbs. still no fatigue o.O any suggestions?

at night i do 300 wet shower jelqs with rollers. developed blood spots on my head...maybe a little to hardcore last night .
 
400 kegels
about 25 minutes of manual stretches with chalk for grip
5 minutes of Uli #3 (first time)
 
I do this 5 days a week,

12 min of stretching --> 70 Blasters (w/ 30 sec rotary after every 10) --> 8 Supra Slammers ---> Velcro Wrap for 60 mins --> 20 min of cockring
 
Been doing manual stretching, focusing on ligs. Gonna get back to doing clamped routines soon.
 
12 minute clamp in the AM, basic and TCS stretching
3-4 hours ADC afterwards with the Rods of Pleasure on as well

13 minute clamp in the PM, basic, uli's, bends and TCS
1 hour with ADC

ROP on nonstop again except when in a workout
 
200 80-95% erect wet jelqs. Then 9 horse squeezes 20-30 secounds . Then 3 ulis 30 secounds.

Then I clamped at the base and did 3 Horses back to back only releasing my grip at the base slightly to kegal more blood in before clamping and squeezing my head again. I hel those 20-30 secounds.

Then I did two a uli holds for like 20 secounds turing it into a horse and holding for an additional 20 secounds.


I'm taking tomorrow off.

i am presently doing fowfers. Have been for about two hours. My flaccid is probab ly around 6.5" right now.
