This is week 6 for me. At week 4 I measured and had gained a half an inch. I can't wait to measure again. I can tell I got bigger. My dick looked huge today. But I won't measure again until the end of week 8.

took yesterday off. No way of doing a routine with all the partying :) I just got home and I am not in a good condition right now but one day rest is enough. I am very motivated and want 17cm at the end of the month so I've got to stay focused on the goal ... :)
 
20 minute clamp session this morning followed by 5 minutes of TOW while partially in the clamp and 2 alpha lig stretches
 
10 min warmup with rice sock(I highly recommend this)
20 min overhand jelg
5 min edging to 99% erection Max out with kelgs to increase size and hold.
5 min warm down.


10 week results

Over 5/8ths gain length.
1/2 inch girth.
 
done some LAS an hour ago and I am going to do my regular evening routine of basic stretching, DLD blasters and a little more LAS tonight.

Do you guys notice that every one of us is concentrating on different things :)
 
whats peoples opinions on jerking off? does it hinder gains?

when i do its usually like for an hour before i finish.

anyways today

6 sets of 20 at 7.5 lbs (3 on pulley 3 hanging straight down)
after that going to do 250 jelq with rollers (i use some plastic dowels, gets a good pull)
