Okay here's mine. My workout is basically the
newbie routine, with a couple minor differences.
Started with some kegels:
100 quick
5 seconds on, 2 seconds off: 50 reps
1 minute squeeze
Then manual stretching:
straight out to the left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out to the right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
down rotary cranks: 25 cranks x 3 sets
straight out to the left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out to the right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
straight out rotary cranks: 25 cranks x 3 sets
up left: 30 seconds x 3 sets
up center: 30 seconds x 3 sets
up right: 30 seconds x 3 sets
up rotary cranks: 25 cranks x 3 sets
After that I did 11 minutes of wet jelqing.
Also did rice sock warm up/down before and after the stretches, and before and after the jelqing.
