This exercise kind of reminds me of doing bundled + rolled upward stretches with the LM.

Nice variation but on the picture youre doing the exercise wrong.Youre hand is not resting on your pubic bone and hencefort youre not getting enough leverage to generate enough force for this exercise to be effective.The true potential of this exercise is the leverage and the force you can produce while doing it.

Secondly youre not doing it bundled.Read the thread carefully you will find more the enough information to do this exercise with perfect form.

Wrong? MY hand is always resting against my body whe i do these.Trust me i get maximum leverage(much more than u can with a hand grip) because the anchor is completely solid and will never come off . I can't put max strength into these cos i will tear my cock off. The video link u just gave me is the exact same thing i am doing... After ive done 3 sets of 90 seconds in ever direction i use my other arm to push against the bend, think these are called A stretches? Do these in every direction also. I'm more than happy to take more pics if u need.

Sounds good now.In the video Superdick does the exercise with 1 bundle.Always try to do as many bundles as you can.

Nothing can compare with a power of a strong hand especially if you have a strong grip like i do.
With some cholk or baby powder you can pretty much tear your cock off and that is the main goal when doing this.Speakin metaphoricaly ofc.
 
See the thing is i don't have to grip my cock, the anchor does it for me. I am using the power of my whole arm to turn and i don't have to worry about my grip going. I could easily hold this stretch for 10 mins+. To make the stretch even more intense i can push down on the anchor with my other hand. It's like a LengthMaster i suppose but it fits in the palm of ur hand. You should really try this method the stretch is insane. All u need is some good wrapping, some cable ties and an sg extender...

What if your shaft is to short to do this? I am around just 4" flaccid on a good day and 2" if I am turtling. My whole hand takes up the available length of my shaft. Can I still try doing this power stretch now or should I wait till I...............what??:( Thanks. :)

Well I just tried it and it seems to work if I only use 3 fingers and my thumb instead of 4. That being my #1, #3 , $4 and #5 fingers (for you pianists) doing the work and my #2 finger doing nothing......yet. Maybe one day when I grow up I can use all 4 fingers and my thumb. :s

I've been doing these stretches (w/ V stretch variant as well) daily. Its powerful... probably the most powerful stretch out there right?
 
Members that have been doing this please chime in. Have you gained 1 inch in 1 month? haha. Seems like a ridiculous claim. But seriously, have any of you see any gains from this exercise? It looks interesting.
 
I actually just tried the stretch right now. I have big hands so I am finding it difficult to get a proper grip. My head keeps slipping from my grip. This exercise hurt my glans more than it stretched my ligs lol.
 
I do this stretch daily and many variations of (i get creative, use both hands for max tension w/ diff angles etc) and although I have been doing other things (Bathmate, jelqing, SSJs) I have gained in length. Not long ago (1-2 months) ~6.25-6.5 EL and now Im very close to 7"..

one variation I do which hasnt been discussed to do do the regular __________ stretch, stretch upwards and use your other hand (like the V variation - penis resting inbetween thumb and pointer finger) and push upwards...

Red I'm trying to figure out your version of this stretch. From the illustration it seems like your doing some kind of down and outs, which I actually really like so please tell me how to do this. Do you still do this exercise? If not why did you stop? Red what is your stretching routine like? I feel I can learn something new here to add to my routine. What stretches do you do for the triangular lig, such as the mother lig stretch. Also do you do any stretches to target the internal penis? thanks Red

Edit: Btw is that exercise in the illustration down and outs with the LM attached? Hmm I think I have an idea lol.
