Awesome to have this stretch, however can anyone inform me how long you should hold it for, and how many sets?

Blue Whale recommended working up to 3 to 5 minute holds for 20 minutes a day, 7 days a week then take 2 days off.

It may sound crazy but there is a definate difference with this hold being able to hold it longer.
 
YO DLD would your upward reverse blasters be more effective
being that yu exhaust the pc muscles

+1 for REDZULU2003. This is an awesome exercise. I do 4-8 of these in a row (alternating hands) and just hold until my grip gives out. After that I hang so low I almost scare myself (easily twice as low as normal).

Maybe you meant 5 on/ 2 off ? Because if you do 7 days on with this stretch, your dick might be really fucked up :p

I don't think so. I've done this stretch for 15 days straight (in addition to other stretches) and I have no problems with erections, no bad soreness and no pain. As long as your Penis Enlargement don't affect erection quality/frequency I don't see the need for rest days, especially when it comes to stretching.

Are you doing this stretch only ? Because I do afterwards the footlong/hybrid stretch and I can say that after 3-4 days my erections start to suffer...

If you'd taken the time to properly read my post you'd have noticed the little part in parenthesis: "in addition to other stretches". I've been using standard straight down stretches, A-stretches and a variation on BTC during this time. I've also clamped and done the occasional bout of jelqing. People differ and I think EQ is the most important thing to keep track of when doing Penis Enlargement. When your erections suffer it's time to rest.

Hehe well, sorry haven't seen it. Maybe this stretch is just incompatible for me. I'll take a few days off, because my EQ is really bad at the moment and then try it again with different stretches (BTC's, etc.).
 
I have tried this exercise and I dnt seem to be gaining from it I also dnt feel much of a stretch when I perform it am I doing something wrong? It seems like a great exercise that most ppl r gaining from it and It cud probably help me gain my 0.5" in Length pretty darn easily if I was doing it right.....
 
Has anyone gained from this stretch? If so abot how much since you started it? I just tried it and I liked the way it felt and this could be something that I could add to my routine.

It helped me during a growth spurt about 10 months ago now. I went from 8-8.3 and was using a combo of stretches, including this one. Its really good and once you master how to bundle your on your way.
 
Is there other stretches that go nicely with this one that helped you gain also? About how often and how long do you do this stretch? I saw somewhere that blue whale said 5-7 days on and 2 off.
 
I've been doing my straight out stretch this way since 2002.. the only thing i do differently is to use my other hand to sort of pry between my body and the gripped hand, this puts a killer tug on the pull.. try it out..
 
this exercise seems promising but it always makes my glans feel like theyre going to explode (LOTS of pressure). could i be doing it wrong?
 
I gained AND cemented a 1/4 inch gain in 3 months. (I had the 1/4 inch show up in 3 weeks...) I did do some hanging with that during the time....in all it was about 40 minutes a day everyday. Then the gains stopped so I took a decon break and 6 months later no loss...
