I would say for as long as you like but rough guide being 10-30 second holds
 
this is such a great stretch, i can do it while just chillin at home or watching youtube videos! would someone say this stretch is better than the newbie routine?

This is definitely more advanced.
 
I do this stretch without the 360 twist. I just grip under the glans, bend until knuckles are in the side of the shaft.

The 360 twist is tough for me to keep without my penis attempting to get slighty erect. This way works just as well.

Hey does anyone know of a way to keep this in the stretched position using some equipment? I would like to stay in this position while playing games without using my hands.
 
Don't think there is a way to make a static stetcher for this particular exercise, because you also want to increase the intensity if it becomes to easy (which happens very often if you hold the stretch for like 3 minutes) and that could be a problem with no hands involved... also I can't really imagine how the construction shall look like, I think of something like a belt but over the belly, where you somehow adapt the penis.
 
To hold this position while seated and playing games .... Hydromaxmmmm .... I think you could try the attachment that comes with the Length Master, the hanger that is used for bundled stretches and firstly get your dick through the Length Master or use the Power Assist and than get the attachment piece fitted to the penis. Stretch out and do what's meant to be done and simply follow the instructions I laid out a few pages back in this thread in the Power Assisted __________ stretch but all your doing extra is using the bundled attachment. It could be held somehow in the static position.

Is this an advanced routine best saved for someone who has been Penis Enlargementing for over a year or more, or can it be incorporated into a newbie routine?
 
The __________ stretch can be used by anyone but the bundled aspect is best left for more advanced users.
 
I had been doing pe for about 2 months before I started with these. I have been doing them for two 10 minute sessions about 5 times a week, combined with sock stretches to make up my length routine. Over the past week I have also been adding half a twist to the bundle to make them more intense. Ive been using them since the beginning of may and can't wait for my measuring day on 7/1! I'll keep this thread updated with how the this stretch went for me after two months use.

I love these so much that even though until recently I haven't Penis Enlargement'd for a while I tend to do the unbundled version naturally when just walking around the house.
 
Hi Blue Whale, please correct me if i am getting this mixed up with another thread but isnt there some way to incorperate this exercise with shorts? How would that be done?

Thats true instead of gripping with your bare hands you grip with your shorts around the glans to enhance your grip.
You can also use chalk to further enhance the strenght of your grip.

I would also advice doing some grip training.Captains of crush are the best choice for crushing grip strenght which is most needed for Penis Enlargement if you cant acquire them then do any other grip training exercise like towel rolls which you can do at home where you basically try to squezee 2 ends of the towel as hard as you can,like you wanna squeeze the water out of it.
