I have lost 50 pounds of fat since dec 2016 and now im a muscle man loi. I know it has been said before, but if you are overweight and want a bigger dick you should start your journey with diet and exercise. I know its not the answer a lot of guys want to hear but YOU NEED TO START WITH DIET AND EXERCISES. There are so many reasons why being healthy and lean(er) is important for dick gains i can't even list them all. Some of the major things i noticed is when you start to get rid of the fat pad you can actually dig deeper and grab more of your dick. If you have been doing penis enlargement for a while you know how good expressive stretching can be, now I've noticed i can do them more efficiently and i actually have more dick to work with, basically your dick doesn't just look bigger when you lean up there is less fat in the way. So basically physically and aesthetically you are creating more dick to work with and even more gains down the road. Many many benefits come with taking care of yourself you will look better for the ladies and have more stamina and vascularity in bed. if you want to have a monster in your pants you NEED to include diet and exercises.
Sorry if my thoughts were all over the place but for a guy who spent most his life overweight and then lost weight it has really helped me with enlargement and basically every part of my life. Live long and prosper!

What were your diet/exercise routines? I'd like to drop around 25# and get rid of at least 75% of my 2" fat pat
 
I started doing intermittent fasting, It’s really easy all you do is you don’t eat before you go to bed and then you got to work out on an empty stomach the next morning then afterwards you can eat. It’s not just good for fat loss it also optimizes your natural hormone levels so for me it’s the best diet but everyone is different and comes from different genetic lineages. For me low-carb did not give me enough energy and I actually see more results with intermittent fasting. Just keep a lot of lean meats and vegetables in your diet you can do it!
 
Indeed! When starting PE overweight gains can be doubled when dieting and training. 2" of penis was buried and I could not see it because of my fat pad, once I was able to lose that pad those 2" made such a huge visible difference. Plus, a healthy diet will make you feel and look much better. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit we should perfect them in every way!

This is exactly what I'm doing right now. The only thing missing is the exercise. I want to give it a little more time before adding exercises to it.

Just go for a walk for 20 minutes a day. Drink lots of water. This will devolve the fat pad

I walk for about 1 hour every evening. This has been happening ever since I started this new habit of eating once in a day.
