The length you set the device at depends on the length of your penis. The different tension that you set is outlined in the instruction book. I PM"d u my info SG... also is there anyway we can get a MOS discount on tha male extra pills because I'm thinkin bout ordering more when I'm done with these. 70 sumthin dollars is kinda steep for my budget... also guys make sure u take these things after eating because I took them on an empty stomach and had tha worst experience of my life

Shipping is on the site, it automatic calculates. DHL only, I think it is about £10-£15 :)
