so, im sure i havent invented this but I have two excersises i have "created" with the kettle bell. i wouldnt try this if you are new to Penis Enlargement and I cant say that doing this a lot wont also hurt you! dont take my advice, jsut something I have done.
the first one I call "fighter pilot".... need to be seated with enough room for overhang and also to lean back. edge of bed works.
1. pull penis all the way through till kettle is against body.
2. grab penis like a fighter pilot control with one hand. jackoff kungfu grip.
3. lift legs and put them on top of the kettle bell bar.
4. grab your other free hand around your hand.
5. lean back, pull up like a "fighter pilot" trying to regain control of a jet haha and push down with your legs at the same time. this is pretty intense.
second i call "level ups" and this is also intense.
1, put penis in kettle bell. kettle bell midshaft.
2. use "reverse ok" grip
3. stretch out and attempt to get the kettle bell to "level" with your penis straight out. this is not something i would do to hold a long time, just sometimes when hanging ill do it. its intense.
other than that i just hang two ways.
1. reverse ok grip at the head with the bell at the hand. so midshaft/to the front. this feels like a more length type hand but what do i know?
2. overhand jack off type grip, penis in hand with the head sticking out and the kettle bell at the base.
