hey motlissof u say u went form 6 to 10.5, thats 4 1/2 inches. what techniques did u do,how long did it take, and most of all psot some pics
 
HEY DLD, I FIGURED IT OUT. without a power assist- i grab with an ok grip but using thumb and middle finger - i make a ring around my penis/scrotum as close to the pubic bone as pissible and hold tight, then with my left hand i grab the penis/scrotum thatys in front of the o-grip and pull down while pulling with the o-grip the other way. feels pretty good

It's so damned frustrating, and quite upsetting when you see that most people can do this, which looks like the answer to everyone's problems.
You feel like shit when you think you're the only one who can't do this exercise. And it's like nobody's bothered because the majority have no problem.
It feels very frustrating when most people are doing fine, and as you're amongst one or two people who can't do this, then your post is bound to get lost in loads of people posting their excitement and joy.
I wish I was a little boy again so then I could just cry or something. LMAO

But I am getting there a bit, and I'll still keep trying until I figure out how to get this sorted out.
I'm glad that you're getting there too.

I always noticed that big bluge between the anus and the scrotum on ���� stars, and just assumed it was a well developed PC (Or BC?) muscle.
It sounds like most people have enough of that bulge to have something solid to grab onto.
It sounds like a firm stalk that when you grab it, you can get a good grip.

Like you, I just try to get a tighter grip, but I'm just grabbing further into soft tissue. And like you, I aren't really pulling on any penis structure, but just stretching my scrotum with hardly any firm grip on any penile structure.

I'm trying to find a possible alternative method, and am trying to pull back on the skin of the base of my penis as far back as I can, so I can grip in front of my scrotum, but as far back as possible so that I'm grabbing penis as far back as I can go on the underneath of my penis.
So pulling back with one hand I'm also pulling up a bit with it, and with the other hand I'm bending my penis over the hand doing the pulling up and back to get the downwards stretch.
It feels better for me, and I think I'm getting there.
It probably won't be as effective as the exercise is described, because maybe you are supposed to pull up at a point further back than I am.
But for me, there just doesn't seem to be anything solid back there to grab.
Just can't feel any inner penis or whatever back there. Maybe it is set too high inside my body or something.

Yep, just checked right now with a hand mirror. There is no bulge there whatsover. A ���� star has a biggish meaty bulge. I've got f**k all there at all. Just mainly loose scrotum skin.

Maybe you have to make sure you develop that area with PC exercises until you get that bulge big enough in the first place.
 
Do you have to pull the balls aswell or just the sack? cuase i can put my balls under the skin at the base of my dick, dunno if i am a freak or if anyone can do this?
 
it sounds really easy to do....and i think i am doing it right...i grab my penis and my sac(right behind my balls)..pull them through the pa and basically do a 2-handed A-stretch...do i have that right....it would be helpful to see this on video...any idea when that would be available...thanks

I am glad you shared this information as it has renewed my interest in Penis Enlargement. As of late I have felt, I dont know how to describe it other than my penis has felt like too tight and close to my body. Something about the way it sits and ligs contribute to my view of it as looking shorter than it actually is. And over the years I have definitely felt bigger than I have recently. my whole package has seemed to retract. I have a feeling that this line of exercise will help me greatly and get back on track and not feeling defeated.

This is one variation of the exercise, there are a few different expressive stretches that I am using and I hope to get them all illustrated and on video soon.

As you can see the testes are connected by arteries and the vas defrens and including these in the stretch will also allow the penis to hang lower because the testes will be a a lower angle. I also think including the testes helps in stretching the bulb forward.

I understand and agree with you. Over the past few days I have been looking at a ton of video with __________. Earlier video he appears to retract so much more than later scenes where the penis seems so much more expressed. I will try to get some screen caps up asap.
 
I have noticed doing this series of stretches before and anfter my sessions that the balls and everything in the whole package feel "loose" and hang a lot better. Flaccid length has definitely gone up and I am actually hanging a lo thicker as well.... Combining this series of stretching with some PA work along with beginning stretches and red's squat stretch is really doing it for me at the moment. I've put hanging on the back burner for the moment because of time constraints, but hopefully I can cause enough tissue deformation that I can end this Penis Enlargement journey sometime soon, and I think because of this stretching has opened a new door to faster gains, but only time will definitely tell.

And it should as the more "penis" you have outside the body the heavier it will hang. I have not been able to get a work out in yet today but I will and it will start with expressive stretching.
 
Ok, just wondering if there is any theory on how often to do this workout? I would just assume with DLD that its an everyday thing, but I was just curious if you think this needs more or less rest than anything else.
 
Also if anyone wants to try this via another method in the PA, than here's what I do.

Get the penis and balls [package] through the hole of the PA while stood up.
Now grip around the whole package and keep a good firm grip.
Lie back onto the bed and position the PA so the handles are going across each leg straight.
While doing this, ALWAYS keep a good firm grip of the whole package...slippage and its start over from the stood up position.
Next, lean back so your lay with your back on the bed and pull the package down over the loop end, so its going down in a underneath-like fashion.
Do this with BOTH hands.
While doing this, bring the legs up towards your body....in other words pushing against the handles.
Your arms will now push against the PA into your body.
Also start to push your feet into the bed matress for this, works great.
I hold this for 60 seconds and do X3 in a row.
The aim is 6 reps.
Its VERY intense

I am doing these everyday but I do find, at times, I am too sore to do my additional stretching exercises. I guess for now I am going to play it by ear and find what works best for me and above all what gives me the best gains.
 
Wanted to post this before it slips my mind, another really intense variation is after you get yourself through the Power Assist and it is across your lap, grab the scrotum with one hand and the penis with the other and stretch in opposite directions. I will stretch my scrotum to the right while I stretch my penis to the left, then reverse it, then go with the penis up and the scrotum down and reverse that. Very, very intense.
 
DLD, since I've been doing these and I'm not sure it's because of this but I've had "accidents" in a couple of sessions and I didn't ejaculate much if at all.... is this an issue, because my balls are hanging lower and could possibly not be making as much sperm... I'm a bit concerned about this, since before this I have been very verile and is possible to shoot a good bit two-three times.
 
Whoever is interested and uses this, than try my method on it.
Look back through the thread, got tired of keep quoteing it lol
Its easier to do and also get more force behind it....try it.
