I edge, then hold for 30 seconds in a uli grip, then i do the dry dual jelqs(dry girth busters) straight into compressions squeezes. Gives me a nice engorgement and i do like 10 sets of these

Sounds intense! I love the dry portion of GIRTH BUSTERS. As I said earlier, I really have no set time periods for sets as my only goal is maximum expansion. I mentally and physically reach the best expansion each and every time I do them. If I feel as though I did not get this I will wait and do them again.

People tend to say that girth for them is usually just temporary swelling and this discourages them. It really shouldn't because gaining girth is about daily, temporary engorgement. Over time, and people like me who have trouble gaining girth it could be a while, the temporary girth becomes bigger and bigger until numbers are cemented. I started Penis Enlargement with a girth of 4.75" today I can get to 7+" after a workout with a cemented size (measured cold with no girth work for 48 hours) of between 6.5" and 6.75" and I am a hard gainer.

I have onw question to this tread. I've been jelqing for about 2 months and nly strecthing for 3 weeks. Is it to soon to go into this kind of routine?

Would just like to know, i'm really after the girth gains. Can't gain much in length my gf can't take it.

I think you could ease into it and see how it feels. There are no real "TIMES" in Penis Enlargement it is basically when the user has built a solid foundation and become comfortable with basic Penis Enlargement exercise and their own penis limits. I have always encouraged people to remain with any Penis Enlargement routine, as long as it is working, until it no longer yields gains. The biggest thing about Penis Enlargement people need to realize is that there is no rush and that it is a long term commitment.
 
Ok thanks for your quick reply. I'll stay with my current routine and in a couple of weeks try this new one. One of the reasons i'm asking is that i often get the small red dots when i do "hard" girth work. Just thought that 2 months would be enough for me to start some more hardcore routines if you will.

I think my first 2 years in Penis Enlargement got me to 5.5 (post workout girth-midshaft) Into my third year is when I started going this routine (changed it over the past 6 months) but it was GIRTH BUSTERS that got me to 6" inches of girth. I can go a few days now with no Penis Enlargement and still stay above 6.5"
 
I know this is old but I didn't want to make a new thread to ask this question lol...anyway, can the dual dry jelqs be done with lube? Also, what do you mean by rotary movements in the compression squeezes? Like your ringing out a towel type movement? The reason I ask is because I have the dreaded red spots after some intense Penis Enlargement and wanted to do some stretching and girth stuff only...thanks

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site I just registered this morning. My sole perpose for starting a P.E workout is to increase my girth .5 inches with an ideal goal of gaining 1inch onto my existing girth. I don't know if can be done or not but I have my heart set on this working for me.
I don't know if this is the right thread to ask a newbie qestion or not.
I'm not worried about my length of my memeber only girth. I have some experience in P.E from before so by reading DLD'S girth workout I can tell it isn't for newbies so with that said here is my qestion.

If I take DLD's girth workout and say do half the sets.
Here is an example.

I do 3-5 sets of DLD'S dual Jelqs at 10 secounds perset.
3-5 sets of isolated compression squeezes at 30 secounds .
Then go ahead and do the full 100 wet jelqs,and the DLD bends at 30 secounds.

If i follow this plan as a newbie am I on my way to a meatier manhood?

Any honest ,helpful and expeirenced feedback would be much appreciated.

I suggest following the Newbie Routine for a while first. Most guys, who are new, make great gains using that routine. I only suggest someone moves on to the other Phases after he has exhausted newbie gains.

You can also join the MEMBERS SITE to get even more structure to your training and a more comprehensive layout (video, dialogue, illustrations, etc.)

Thanks for your responce and the advice. I went ahead and got ahold of the newbie routine you suggested ,and I'll go with it for a few months.
previously when I started jelqing for the first ,i noticed that hair was starting to travel upthe base of my penis were it never grew before. Since I stoped jelqing after 3weeks of it last summer the hair still grows there. So I just shave it back.

Why does hair seem to start growing up the base, Is it jelqing and stretching related ?,and if i keep jelqing/stretching will it get WORSE as the hair will start growing even FURTHER up the base ?

A responce back would be greatly apprieciated.

This is the best sign that Penis Enlargement is working. The skin will stretch prior to the tissue but this is usually necessary to accommodate the new tissue growth. Get handy with a razor:)

I can't believe this. I measured today and it says that I've gained .7" in girth over the past 3 weeks. I thought it would take a year or so to see gains like that. Thanks for the routine DLD!! I hope the next 3 weeks are just as kind to me!
