Pardon my ignorance but english is not my first language. What do you mean by superset? You speak of supersetting this exercise with that. Can you kindly explain with example?

A super set is a term used to describe when two or more exercises are used in succession to accomplish better expansion.

Dld, when you mean dry part, it means without any warmup or lube right?

After that in wet part we do warmup and use lube?

Right?
 
I did this a day before yesterday and I can still see what it has done. My dick has totally changed. I have never seen such expansion.

These both sound very similar to SSJ? And a few questions:

2) For the ICS, are we sliding both hands toward each other to meet midway like I suggest for the Dual Jelq. If not, how much space is supposed to be left between both hands after sliding toward each other? And can you specifically explain how to do the rotary movements, are we using both hands and etc., because the description is confusing.

Both hands are sliding towards each other opposed to the SSJ where the hands are more stable and are compressing the blood from a more fixed position.

It makes little difference, the idea is to flatten the penis from the base to the head, pushing as much blood along the path as possible.

Bump!

I'm a bit of a newbie to PE, did manual stretches for a while 3-4 years back, started again a few weeks ago and got my EL back to ~6.7", now I am worried about my girth and will give these a try. Currently ~4.1-4.2" EG which I feel is embarrassing. I'm already bottoming out on my girlfriend (4'10.5" 96lb) so want to keep length gains minimal (7.0" max). Will give these a try and report back in a week or if start to see gains before that.
 
For my routine this morning I did the following;

Dry DLD Dual Jelqs, 5 second jelq
Isolated compression 1 25 second squeeze
x3 sets

25 wet jelqs
10 second DLD bend
x1

Silicone adjustable Cockring 45min with occasional kegel to keep myself engorged


At this time I felt like this was the limit of my Johnson, as it started to get pretty sore... before the cockring, and at around 85% erection, I was .2" thicker mid-shaft. .1" below glans, ~.0" base

Honestly I didn't think anything would ever be able to do that for me.... Especially since 90% of the internet and modern science says it's impossible.
Now to keep it up, hopefully gain 0.5"-1.5" and cement...

These are a combination I have been developing over the past month. For girth I have done nothing more intense or productive. I think the combination of the Dry to Wet exercise is very important. I find that after the dry part of this routine, although temporary, I am at my largest girth. The succession of going directly into the Wet Jelq super sets seems to help distribute this girth evenly along my shaft. After the session I feel very accomplished. Although there are 4 exercises mentioned here they are done in combinations of super sets. Do these as I have written and watch your girth explode. I will get this routine on video in the next couple days too for the MOS site.


DRY PART
Dry DLD Dual Jelqs 10 ten second Jelqs
Isolated Compression Squeezes 1 sixty second squeeze
X 10 sets.

Then go directly into

WET PART
Set 1: 100 85% wet Jelqs
30 Second DLD Bend
x 4 sets

Dry Dual Jelqs
In a 90% erect state grab your penis by the glans. Take the other hand and grip around the extreme base. While jelqing hand forward push hand holding the glans towards the other hand. Each jelq should take 10 second. Switch hands after 10 jelqs.

DLD Bends
In a 90% erect state grip penis at extreme base with left hand and right below the head with the other hand. Once a good solid grip is made slight arch the penis. Once in this state you will want to roll the blood between the hands in a slinky type movement. This should be done for 30 seconds.

Another good thread but I still prefer SSJ :)

This thread is a way for someone who is stuck in girth work to get the girth gains coming again. I do also prefer the SSJ but I believe this came out prior to me inventing the SSJ. Not sure really. But still an awesome workout.
