I'm not really sure I follow your post Pandora. Are you saying that having a curvature would cause problems with certain stretches or cause them to be less effective? I think I'm misunderstanding what you've posted. If you could clarify a bit.

Pandora - could you ask DLD then to explain the exercises in more detail as regards what angles target where, and what are best. I dont have any curve, mine is pretty straight, so what you are saying is because mine is straight the A-Stretch would not be good for me because i dont have a curve?

Stretch SO - All 3 directions 30-50secs x3sets
SD - All 3 directions 30-50secs x3sets
BTC - All 3 directions 30-50secs x3sets
Then straight after i do 200-300 jelqs at 50-70% erect

Yes that is right, you stand more chance of making gains by stretching upwards with and without a fulcrum, Sock stretches would work really good for doing this.

When you were training before what was your routine where you were not making gains.


I would say to replace the A stretches with the Reverse Blasters for now.

Then I would just jump into Sock stretches doing upwards stretches to the left and right pelvis and also straight up stretches to the belly button, then I would do them to the side or just above the sides to left and right.

Personally I don't have an issue with a curvature so I wouldn't really know how to handle that. I would like to think that even if you have a curve, up or down, that it would still be beneficial to train in all angles regardless of which "aspect" is being trained. My thoughts on tunica training are very simple in that there isn't a more medial or lateral aspect to worry with as it's a continuous sheet of tissue. Even if the force is not exacted on a certain spot tere is still force being placed on the tunica. It's similar to the idea that if you are training SD and you don't feel the stretch in the ligs then the load is being place onto another structure. I have found that if you want to grow at a fairly constant rate then it is best to focus on tunica growth, regardless of what aspects receive the burden of the stress.

I've been trying the new reverse blasters and I've found that it works a bit better as a RB fake arm stretch with the arm, like the wrist, is placed over the penis and then the penis is pulled upwards and the revers kegel is applied in the same fashion as the standard blaster. This stretch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is extremely intense. I wish I still had my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] and I haven't heard if you can still get one as I've heard that there have been serious problems with people not getting their orders in a timely fashion as of late.

As far as working length and girth, I have found it to be most beneficial to try and square one goal away at a time. It's not as mentally taxing as attempting to do both and it has really helped me in gaining length more rapidly. When I did girth only workouts I felt the same way as I gained almost half an inch in the 8-9 months that I did girth only. Right now I'm so close to reaching my length goal that I'm looking forward to hitting girth for a while but who knows I may stagnate and end up not working on girth for another 12-14 months.
 
I disagree, for hard gainers like myself you have to go about things a little differently. I know when something works and I know from my personal experience what has been working for me, and that was going about things by working just the upper shaft, and having as a secondary angle BTC for instance.

Or maybe I am just insane or delusional, I know I feel insane someday s from spending so many hours just trying to make my penis bigger.

I got that right? Such as Revese blasters, DLD Blasters etc.

How long periods do you wear it for? If you contineously wear it for hours on end or anything over 1 hour does this results in cell death??? And the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] should be done AFTER manual stretches?? If i did 3 hours per day would that be enough?

And after stretches and [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] should i do 200 light jelqs to restore blood flow?

BULC, You're combining all of the posts into one routine. What I have laid out for you is that you should start with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] at 1-2 angles and knock out 3-4 rounds left, right, middle, and 30 cranks. Then in the next 2 weeks move into the a-stretch blaster supersetted with the v-stretch, or something where the non-stretching hand is pressing down into the top of the shaft. I have gone as far as to do a superset with the a-stretch blaster and the RB's fake arm stretch at a high angle and then into a SD stretch to really fatigue the ligs. I'm seeing great results from that combination and I'm not having to use a ton of volume to reach fatigue.

I would keep the jelqing for circulation purposes only, and I would also throw in some *** jelqing as well. I've gone back to really light jelqing with sets of *** jelqing in between sets and my erection quality is amazing and it seems to help with the length gains as well.

As far as results are concerned, you are going to gain length and girth. Since you are already at 7 inches, I will shoot for length first and get an additional 1.25 inches.

Once that has been sorted, I will switch instantly to girth work.
