Ah... Ive never used a vice-hanger before and did not really ever think about the particulars of it. So, then, why doesn't everyone go the vacuum route? I agree with you absolutely, P. All of this may lead to longer flaccids, but it sure as hell will RAISE hell with your erections.

Well, the purpose of hanging is not really longer flaccids, but, rather, longer and thicker (at least at the base) erections. In fact, (and I know that I am a vac-hanger), I have NEVER had stronger erections in my life than those I have following a good hanging workout (even many vice-hangers state much the same).

But what about if you where lucky enough to realize gains from both longitudinal values and lateral values getting technical here, I suppose your killing two birds with one stone lol

No I am not saying that, or we are misunderstanding each other. You agree that both length and blood work should be done together.

Same apply s for them I would do before and after to maximize blood flow.
 
Chacun a son gout, right Derrida? I wonder if you were doing just the jelq if you would be getting the same woodies. Probably, especially because of your age.

Bulc, do what's best for YOU!! YOU have to determine that. We can't. If I jelq and stretch, I always jelq first because it takes a lot more concentration and energy than stretching.

Here's my pitch for the wet jelq. It is messy, requires great concentration and energy, and is time consuming. The alternatives may very well work just fine, and I must admit that it was adding the stretches to my basic jelq routine that finally kicked my gains into high gear. Would I have reached the fast track without jelqing for three months? I doubt it.

It seems to me, then, that one of the most efficient things one could do would be to pump before and after hanging a set (or stretching etc.). Perhaps I should further investigate the idea of implementing a pump into my routine.

Absolutely. I think what I'm saying has a lot to do with where I'm coming from. I gained length and girth with the jelq. I sometimes wonder if I had just kept on jelqing and never added the stetches in my fourth month, if I would have still gained the way I did. Not very scientific, are we?

P.E. is definitely an art, not a science, isn't it??

Go talk to BTC, he will help you their. That is what he does. I don't like pumping myself.

Go for it, man!! I've had your experience with jelqing and stetching. We're all headed in the same direction, right? We're just taking different paths.
