Alrite fellow Penis Enlargement'ers,

I have finally finished Uni and im glad that i concentrated on my studies more than Penis Enlargement, it paid off!

Anyway, in total now i have had a 6month decon break (doing the odd jelq session every other week). I am now looking to start back full time on Penis Enlargement as of asap!

So my question to you all is, what should i go for; length or girth? With having such a long decon break what would be the easiest to gain and see the quickest results? im 7x5. I have always wanted to hit 8" but i want to do whats best as far as results are concerned? also good exercises for your reasoning would be nice.

So, length or girth, any why! What you guys think. Hope you can help and look forward to starting... i cant wait now, so excieted again!!!

im on a decon now (got exams next week :( ) anyway, when i start back i plan to do 45 mins edging - am, then 30-45 mins jelqing pm, every other day.

i started edging before i decided to decon, and i could tell it was really helping (lots of positive PIs including really hard erections). anyway, more to the point, i think you should have a go at girth. ive seen your pics and your not short by a long way. you actually look alot bigger than 7. so this is why i think you should go for girth :)
 
Good Luck in your exams EVO, I did really well, its just a matter of concentrating only of revising and not letting other things distract you. It pays off! If you revise ull pass, its that simple really.

When i took them photos i was really into Penis Enlargement and i was prob 7.75" but i lost my way after that hitting a long period when i could gain and it fucked me up, hence i have not been at it like that for a long time, thats why im back at 7".

I did read a post my BIB i think it was where it stated that if you go girth and you gain, it is then harder to gain the length after it! And the girth gains made will disapear! Think it said get all your length then do grith.

With a 6month decon what gains would come quicker and easier?

No disrespect to Bib, But DLD has made gains all this time by combing them both. And plus, Bib says's that he used to ether B.T.B jelqing after every set or jelqing the shaft. Ether way that is a lot of jelqing he did weather it was light or not. Blood is so important to making gains. And the best way to increase blood is girth work.

I used to agree with Bigger and I still do but some times pretty heavy girth work is needed to remove plaque and to insure good bloodflow.

Redzulu2003 still made length gains. Maybe us Brits where meant to have the Fat dicks lol

So a combination of both would do no harm!

I was thinking of: Stretch and Jelq? Stretching exercises - Manual stretches, DLD blasters and Reverse DLD Blasters then jelq later on?

Girth first, or do girth length girth . I can't say weather it will hurt or not, but they are all unproven facts and personal peoples opinions from their personal training experience.

Irregardless tho Bib still did god knows how many sets a day he hung and he has said that he did B.T.B jelqing and maybe some jelqing of the shaft after almost every set or every set. That has got to amount to some type of girth work. that has to be a least 1 hour of jelqing or more.
 
It depends on how difficult it is for you to gain length. Jelqing stresses the tunica and can lead to a permanent toughening of the collagenous structures which compose it. Additionally, if you have only a minimal set of time to dedicate, each day, to Penis Enlargement, I would suggest allocating the lionshare, if not the entirity of your Penis Enlargement time to one pursuit. That is, in lieu of doing both length and girth work in a half-assed manner, pursue one with all the vigor and energy at your possession. I must still respectfully disagree with Pandora ( :) ) and advise you to work on gaining length first.

I totally totally respectful lol disagree with you. You ain't going no where with out the increase of blood flow, ask Bib he will tell you.


But I supposed your gonna say oh well where in a new era vacuum hanging.

Trust me I have done it, length work by itself does not work period your sex drive will go down along with your erections. If your doing manual don't listen to him, He is still getting good erection because he is vacuum hanging.

By the way what do you think that vacuum hanger is doing to the matrix :yes:
 
I would go back to a basic jelqing routine. That's what I'm doing and I've been at P.E. for 3 2/3 years.

One other tip. Focus on whichever (girth or length) has given you the best gains in the past. Some of us are natural girth gainers, others length gainers. Go with mother nature.

I agree with Pandora that you have to get as much blood as you can in your stick. This only makes sense. Hanging or stretching, without the jelqing, edging and kegeling, will knock out your solid woodies--guaranteed.

Just my experience.
 
To me, hanging is hanging. Undoubtedly there exists a difference in the method in which the hanger is attached and how long one may comfortably wear the hanger. Yet, all the same, growth is promoted in hanging the same way, irrespective of whether its a vice hanger, a vacuum hanger or a piece of shit hanger. Am I wrong?

I think that you need to make it clear that blood work should be done here, kinda confuses me thinking that you are saying to just do one here. When you are not really saying that.

Yeah totally wrong, Vacuum hanging draws blood into the penis, After a Vice hanging set the penis may retract and all blood flow be lost, gone, disappear you get the idea. So you have to jelq the blood back into the penis, the same would apply to manual stretching, say after an hour or so of continues stretching maybe even more than that, you get the picture right:yes: because your clamping the penis off like a vice hanger.

I guess by "blood work" I do mean just jelqing--and at no more than 50%. This was my experience and it worked wonders for me--no red spots, no great discoloration, nothing--just fast gains. I recognize, however, that each man has to come to his own best routine, basically through trial and error.

Our man here is a relative newcomer and I'm concerned about his not overdoing it.

If there are other safe exercises that get your dick as full of blood as possible, for example, edging or ballooning, so be it. I always err on the side of not injuring myself. That's why on went off on Derrida, who accused me at one time of leading newbies down the injury path. That has never been my M.O.
