And there is a new rule aswell: No scheduled off days. I will take an off day when/if my cock needs it. i have come to understand that it is part of DLD's theory aswell and i copy paste that into mine now.

I will have a Lenght workout, and some (not so much) girth workout aswell, scheduled another time of the day. i will be posting everyday, to keep myself at the fire.

I will go and do a LONG and good warmup now. and then i will do my first lenght workout, for today i will start out doing something looking alot like My usual one, and then i will work out from that one.

PS. if anyone have any questions, or ideas for me, don't hesitate asking i got alot of time on my hand right now ( i don't know for how long though) and im up for trying out some of the funny theories and other stuff.
