Never plan rest days as they will happen for any number of reasons...today is one for me, but I only do it about 1 time every 3-4 weeks.
On the other hand, if you take 20 days off or so, I can catch up with your hours....

Hey man, great work you've been doing. I have been hanging and that is my primary source of Penis Enlargement at the moment, but I have debating whether I want to get an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to add hours of time under tension. Yeah, all the measurements I have posted thus far are BPFSL. I have seen gains at both the 100 and 250 mark. I know FOR SURE I'll see gains again at the 500.
I plan on measuring BPenis EnlargementL at the 1000k mark. I reckon that's probably the only time I'll measure it. Enough time to catch up with my flaccid stretch.

Each day we learn more about how to make the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work with our body, so I'm sure after 1000 hours, "the rack" will be part of our anatomy.
