I'm debating on when I will measure. I'll either do it at 100 hours or 1 month. I have not decided. I'm leaning toward 100 hours though.
Any suggestions? I don't want to be a slave to the ruler. I think seeing 1-2 mm differences are within the error of human measurement anyway.

Versus lower tension when you walk around it will shift to higher tension and will have give.

I only tighten after I take off and recirculate. I don't screw with the tension while it's on. Cuts down my wear time dramatically. If anything letting it sit even longer at a lower tension (e.g. from two to three blocks) helps cement that I think.
I feel like if I am constantly raising the tension throughout the day (like every hour or two) my penis likes to turtle back.
SLow and steady and easy does it. After I accumulate 1000 hours I'm going to do a concise write-up of tips to post. I am learning things every day and would like to give back.

I started at long+medium bars with no extra tension from the rods to a long+medium+short + tension. Sweet!
