Did girth routine. I swore I had like 5 T-veins lol. Everythong was popping and veins were kinda sore, but alas I dont have any so that is good.

Don't think I got as engorged as last time, except one time in my workout when I was wankin at first it was pretty awesome.

Same gelly like popping-out-bump-thing underside of penis happened again this time. Maybe not as bad... maybe, but ya after when flaccid felt jelly and funny and it hurt just a little when I played with it specifically.

Anyhow gonna do length routine later with some new stretches I am testing as I might of come upon an awesome discovery today. Keyword is MIGHT. We will see :) I think time will tell with my length gains :)
 
Got in half girth workout last night. No length. Busy busy. Couldnt even do weight lifting. Im going to do length today and early tomorrow. Ill ADH until approx 4. Shower rub down the wang get it looking normal and spot free. Drink lots of water from today til tomorrow. Keep taking multivitamin (has zinc).

Cuz tomorrow night folks going out of town and spending the night up north and the house will be mine. G/f getting off work at 8. I also got some viagra, I can have fun with. I think it will be an awesome night.

She doesnt believe I am 8" cuz last time she saw me I was 7.75", I think I can show her tomorrow easily, especially if I am on viagra. Well wish me luck :)
 
Did hanging routine yesterday it was nice. Felt real burn on my ligs with my three legged stretch. Anyways, hope I get some today. Looking up how to last. That is all I need :)
 
I think I'm gonna make a captain wench ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2540 ), today. I wanna incorporate it into my length routine. Maybe just to make manual stretching easier. Might hang a little bit of weights too, but I am not busy this coming week. Last week before school and all I have is some AP summer work (reading and typing) so hanging would be perfect.

I also wanna step up girth routine for this week (starting today), to give me a boost in growth. Anyways once I figure out a routine and if/when I got wench made, Ill post it.
 
Missed yesterday cuz the cap'n wench I made and tried. It still doesnt work for me, just pulls skin really, Ive tried everything. Hope someone on forum can help.

Anyways I got time for this week (today, 30, 1, 3) so I am gonna be able to ADH longer with my golf weights and pick up girth workout and be able to end it with the 30 minute ADC for a nice pump.

So now I can do everything I had in my old routine. I simply did my manual girth while clamped, and skipped the specific clamp work.

Not many changes, but Ill post workout anyhow.

Manual Girth
Do all while clamped
1. (10x 5sec dry jelqs - helicopter for 10 seconds) Repeat 2 more times
2. 60 Seconds compression squeeze. 1 hand at base while continuous slight release to kegel to tighten to keep forcing more blood
3. Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds
Repeat 1-3, 3 more times

Clamping Girth
1. Bends - 10 seconds down 10 seconds up 10 seconds left 30 seconds right (Longer right and no left because I curve a little to the left. Will change to 10 all around once fixed.)
Start this at base. Then move up 1" and repeat until bottom of head is bended around last. This will last a little over 7 minutes.
2. Glans/Upper Shaft compressor jelqs. Compress-jelq for 30 seconds. Same as manual just easier with clamp. 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 5 minutes.
3. Clamp 1/2" under head and rotary head for 1 minute hard. Change direction every 15 seconds. Clamp another 1/2" down and repeat. go until clamped at bottom. This will take approx 15 minutes.

Once both clamping workouts are done. Leave a comfortable clamp level for 30 minutes. Masturbate for the first 5-10 to get up DHT/Test/etc levels, but don't cum.

Manual Length
Do after shower and massage of base/testicles.
Straight Down to The Left: 15 Seconds

5 power jelqs (kegel to jelq)
60 second isolation squeeze
30 second DLD bend
30 second upper shaft/head jelq
Repeat 5 times

Toss in some supra slammers and ADC. Going to try that today.
 
Didn't get a chance to do girth. Real busy, but I am gonna do girth today along with length and also girth tomorrow. Gonna pop a cheapass kamagra and work that girth :)

Good girth workout. Man it was awesome. Only repeated 4 times though. Sometimes I felt like my dick would hemorrhage and explode, but all is well. Got a 6.5" base girth measurement, but that was because fluid build up. Anyhow, my girth still doesn't seem to be gaining, BUT I just tried this new girth workout.

Also I measured 8 1/8" length after workout when I got hard. The kamagra worked pretty good. Sometimes too good, and I had to let erection go down to continue.

Each exercises increased in intensity.

Power jelqs got the blood going, good pump, decent to ok intensity, not real intense
Isolation squeeze was very good, some better than others, medium-high intensity
DLD Bend excellent work, trying to fix left curve so I dont bend left, high intensity
Upper shaft / Head jelq extreme intensity, working awesome

By time I am done with all that I am hard so I let it go down. Then another set. By time I was done I had awesome pump going and clamped a little loose than snug and kept good pump for 15 minutes. No shrivelling, all is well.

I didnt do any supra slammers, will do next time. Going to work on length later and ADH, then girth again tomorrow (Did today to make up for missing yesterday)

I keep tacking on time since the last time I do it.

Once I was done I did some more three legged stretches got this sweet pop in my left lig when pulling to the right. Seems like that one will pop easier. Anyways, length is going awesome and I am staying very focused, very goal oriented, and still awe inspired by the gainers and greats on this forum. Especially you DLD.

Even the man who works 6 months and gets nothing, which might seem discouraging to some, is truely an inspiration to me, just as much as the man who gets .5-inch in one month. I still can't get my damn cap'n wench comfortable enough to use for manual stretching, so I might get some doctor shoals insert for grippers. I don't believe the current ones are made for skin.

Anyways, I am taking off girth tomorrow I worked it hard today and dont want to overtrain even though I am ambitious and itching to do my next workout. Im going to work length hard tomorrow and then start girth, length rotating day by day, again.

My balls were hanging so low today after I was done clamping and I had like erections all the time. I couldnt ADH cuz my flaccid girth with the pump I had. I had to blow a load, get soft, do all my stretching, blow another load, so I could stretch more then ADH.

Anyways, I had this Peter North load after my clamp routine as usual. My normal loads especially after my first shot of the day just arent too impressive, but I am looking into this ;) Found the 500% concentrated herb they are selling at North's endorsed product @ petenorthsecret.com or some similar name, but I found it for a FRACTION of the cost, while they charge 60$ for 1 month supply.

Well yesterday I took a length day off. First time I purposely took a day off because of or to avoid an injury. My ligs were really sore.

Anyways going to pop a 50mg kamagra and hit a HARD girth routine today. Everything I planned out in my routine this time with harder bends to currect this slight curve to the left. I am also trying to get an upwards curve a little so Ill bend more one way to get that.

Gonna get the 2 x 50mg kamagra they forgot to send me a 4 x 100mg silagras (free sample) :) Saving those puppies for sex. Anyhow going to do my girth routine for today and report back how it went.
 
I can't do supra slammers while clamped it just puts too much force on area above clamp.

Anyhow. Routine went okay. Did it 5 times instead of 4 as last time, but not as good. I started routine early instead of waiting for kamagra to kick in :( So my last 2 sets were good. "6.5 base again, but also once again because fluid build up.

Not as good ejac at end, couldnt get clamp off fast enough. Anyways, my first day where I wasnt happy with the way it went, but that is ok. Next time I will take all the right precautions and do it perfectly.

Can't wait for 11th. Last workout before 1 week solidifying stage where I don't do any Penis Enlargement, just rest. And on the 19th measure with full erection after 1 week no masturbating to check measurement.
 
Very busy all day. Lots of big news in lives of people around me. Going to stretching before I go to bed. No ADH today. Ligs sore anyways... still.. So that is good :)
 
Didnt have a good girth workout today. Just didnt work well :( Also I think I might of lost a little length and a LITTLE girth. Might be sitting back at 7 7/8" x 5.75. Not sure tho.

I think the expanded cells from girth workout dont stay expanded when healed so I dont gain girth. And due to my recent and very brief period of lack of ADH/stretching the tears in my ligs havent had time to heal open to give me length.

I am gonna do some research and find out about ligaments and supplements for them. Maybe glucosamine or chondroiton. I might do some power growth plan. Power through 2 weeks straight keeping ligaments stretched and open with long periods of ADH as possible. Then the following 2 weeks no stretching and do ADH less, while taking supplements for lig repair, to let gains settle in.

Ill try the same thing with girth. I am going to finish out this one month block with just length as my girth is doing real well, but that will be fixed with my future plans. So I am done the 11th solidifying to 19th. I am going to stretch and ADH everyday, and stop stretching the 12th and just ADH less to solidify up to the 19th. I need to focus on school as it is just starting and the first 2 weeks are critical so I will start back Penis Enlargementing again Oct 1.

October will be all girth. November all length. December all girth. Ill measure length and girth at the end of each month.
 
Here is my new length routine. Always do ADH to keep it all stretched and open to heal that way. Going to do it the 6th-11th, to finish out this 1-month block of Penis Enlargement, with 12-14th just ADH 2lb of golf weights for 2-3 hours each day.

Warmup, then increase intensity to max intensity, then come down on intensity, to keep stretching fatigued, without injury. Finish up with ADH 2lbs.
