Thanks, i'm actually trying to give adult entertainment a break, but i tried the kegels, and they work great.

My routine includes:

Days I Work: Light stretches with just my hand in all directions for about 15 min and before work I do an intense 15 min session in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with hardcore stretches and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words].

thats about it.
 
Just did a super hard set with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] so I couldn't get him fully hard, but that just gives me more length to gain :)

to be honest when i thought about this it was more of a me thing. I now that this would keep me motivated but its great to see all you guys in on it
 
Happy gains fellaz....yes this is a competition but remember to be safe if you feel like you are pushing too hard take a little break and come back harder, drink responsibly and don't OD on viagra lol.....good luck to everyone!!
 
Wow, great to see the commitment here! Seeing as were getting more people we should maybe start to set some ground rules, please give input so we can find the best thing for everyone. Some basics are....


Only people with photo's will be officially entered.
Measurements monthly, pic updates have to be provided. (this allows us enough time for gains but not long enough that the thread becomes inactive).
Say if photos of results have to be posted within the first week of each month.
Late entries are excepted but can not include previous gains into the competition. E.G is some entered on the 20th, then would only have 2 or so weeks before they had to post a pic again (or something like that).

Thoughts?
 
Yes to stay healthy is the key ...............I use this for motivation............not to win against another Penis Enlargementer...........
 
my pics : My ruler don't start at zero so I lost a quater inch but It is not important = I will take picture with this one only...... But difficult to correct my curve with one hand and take a picture with the other

A lot of rulers start 1/8-1/4" up...no reason why I can think of.
