Went out to a bar with my friends last night so never got a second workout in. Got one in today- came at the end, but its cool. I most def. will get another routine in today at some point.
 
Been keeping up and getting 1 and sometimes (rarely) 2 uli sessions in daily along with some clamping.

Bad news though- I just did a uli routine and all was well, I did 50 really intense ulis, and then I go to do 50 more and I look down and see some blood on my hand- not uncommon as I sometimes have like a little scab that bleeds a bit when the skin gets stretched out. So I look for the source and i notice that there is a lot more blood than usual ???:( So I look under my dick and there it is- blood coming outta my dick hole... I nearly shit myself. I stopped everything and now Im just feeling kinda scared- i dont want to, and Im not going to stop with my uli routine, but now Im gonna have this shit in the back of my head the whole time im doing my workouts. Fucking sucks- though Ive heard of this happening to other people- I remeber DLD said it happened to him and he just said fuck it and worked through it. Hopefully Ill be able to muster the strength and just keep on truckin.'
 
More blood came out the dick hole after my routine today ?:( . Stopping the routine for a few days to try and fully recover. Ill try to do just some low intesity work in the 4 days, but nothing like what ive been up to. Ill try to go back to high intensity in about a week. Gay

I believe an update is in order... I have been very intermitent with my workouts since I had blood come out the peehole a few times. But today I got a real hard couple of sessions in- like 3 really good ones.

As for the chick that I was getting with, Ive gotten with her some more. She said today in a text message that I get her so horny when she hangs out with me. Sucks I move back home at the end of the month, but its not like im in love with her or anything, just really love fucking around with her. I told her to call me tommorow, so hopefully Ill be getting laid a few times tommorow. Shes so little, shes like a fuck doll.
 
I just got about about an hour and a half ago and now Im about to do some wet jelqs. Ill probably go for about 10- 15 minutes, starting completely flaccid and working my way into a low erection level. Depending on my mood I may do 50 ulis at max erection level.

multivitamin- 1 pill
ginseng revitalizer (a blend of gisengs and other herbs- 2 pills

8 fucking pills! I took all these last morning and felt a definite boost in libido- it was minus the yohimbe yesterday.

At night Im taking 1 of each of the pills except for the l arginine which I still take two of. We'll see where this takes me. I might go one day on/ one off with the ginseng as Ive read it can be bad to take a lot of it on a daily basis.
 
Did a really intense jelq/ uli/ clamp routine today and had massive expansion. I might do another routine, but I really dont want to overdo it since Im gonna be hanging out with the slammin chick from work... You guys would be proud of me if you saw this chick.

Didnt take all the vitamins today since I wasnt feelin so good- two hours of sleep and a massive hang over isnt exactly condusive to popping 8 pills and a shit load of water when you wake up. I waited a bit and finally popped the l arginine and just one of the ginseng pills. Tonight im gonna try to take 2 more arginines and the lysine. Then Ill get back on the 8 pills tommorow.

Alright... Yesterday I did a uli/ clamp routine despite people advizing against it after my injury. All was well though, but Im gonna take today off completely from Penis Enlargement. Im gonna be hanging out with the chick from work today so Im gonna try to have a well rested penis :). I hung out with her last night and banged her twice... It was pretty awesome- she says I get her more horny than shes ever been before we fuck and apparently I made her come when I was on top and she never does... Hooray for me! Def. a confidence booster.

I was thinking more about why my dick gets 'stingy' after drunk sex or even drunk masterbation... My theory is because of the dehidration the urethra gets dry and there is too much friction going on inside of the penis, thus causing iritation and pain.

I might post this idea somewhere else as I would like to know if this happens to anyone else, and Im pretty sure that no one really reads this thing.
 
Havent stretched in forever! I was just thinking about it. Im hoping to start again when I move back home and have more free time on my hands, but who knows. It really was getting boring to me to do, but hopefully ill be able to get into again just to gain some more length. For right now though Im still really happy w/ my girth routine and have hopes that it will give me some kind of length gains in the end.

Havent gotten a workout in in a few days. Im about to shhhHydromaxoke a bit and get a girth routine in... I think this time im going to start off with some clamping THEN go and do the ulis as I think they might be a bit too intense to start off with- which may be what causes my injury to reoccur sometimes. I should do some stretches, but as I said before im gonna lay off the stretches until I move back home in a week and know that Im not gonna be getting laid on a daily basis- stretching makes it hard to get it up sometimes.

I havent done much Penis Enlargement in the past week until today as ive moved outta my apt. and moved back home :banghead: .. I will add some- even if minimal stretches into my 2x a day workout so i can get to my final goal on around 7 nbpel.

Though i have been really busy and....

And no more excuses.. Im sticking to this 2x a day. I just hate that i cant ever seem to get away from my everything goin on in my house. Solution? Im going to do the ol' wake up early and get one in late night.
 
Did like a 40-50 minute workout this morning and wasnt really feeling it too much. Got a bunch of ulis in though so whatever... havent gotten the marks on my dick after my last two workouts though. Im going to try to stretch and do another routine later after a shower.
 
Grrr.. tried to get one in after my shower, but i couldnt get any privacy so all i got in was about 6 minutes of stretches and an erection after (while attepting to get a rock hard for ulis). Im gonna go for a session tonight of like 10 minutes of stretches followed by my hardcore uli/ clamp routine... I got some rope too so im gonna give dashraps a try as ive heard from good sources that they really work well.

Trouble might be a- brewin' for me... The chick I have been banging for a while has heard about the chick in cali i still talk to.. Shouldnt be too hard to smooth talk my way outta it with the one here, but the one in cali might be a little mad if she hears out about this girl. Penis Enlargement wise-

I did like 3 clamp and uli routines today... by like the 2nd session my real hard erections finally came back. They went AFK on me since ive been taking 5htp to help aid in sleep. Ive nixed that and now im gonna just try some melatonin to help me go to bed. Ill stretch and get some workouts in tommorow- i might be chillin with my girl though so i might only be able to get one session in.


Also, I did about 25 minutes on my heavy bag with light bag gloves. Im gonna try to get back into shape and lose some weight or at least reduce the fat on my body. I was gonna do pushups too like i used to do in my bag routines, but i was sore from working out (for like 5 minutes!) yesterday. The heavy bag is a great workout that i highly recommend for anyone who wants a fun way to get in great shape. Just punch the shit out of it until you feel like your gonna die- then do as many pushups as you can- get up and hit the bag again- etc... Add some running and some jumping rope and youll be as fit a boxer in no time.

Im thinking of adding a descent weight routine too since this routine only got me really cut and powerful quickness- i wanted to join a boxing gym for a while so i trained myself and made myself into a cut boxer. This time around though i want to get real fit and trim, but also add some mass. I figure weight training 2-3 days a week to supplement my bag workouts should get me pretty ripped.
 
Did two small uli sets- only got about 50-70 ulis in in both sets before I got a little too excited... guess my libido is back.

I want to excercise on the bag today, but my arms are sore and im not going to do what i used to do and just work thought the soreness. Tommorow im probably going to do some lifting in my excercise room.. my routine will probably look something like this:

Day 1:
Dumbell bicept curls
Dumbell army curls (go behind the head and liftem up) for tricepts
Dead lifts for shoulders and back
Reverse bar curls forearms
Bar pulldowns for back

Day2:
Bench press
Inclined bench
Butterflys with dumbells

I may do these as a circuit from time to time and add some jumping rope in the beginning and then just bust the whole thing out- adding like two sets of as many pushups as i can do between excercises.

Im gonna try to get another two Penis Enlargement sets before I go to bed tonight. Im going to do at least 20 minutes of stretches tonight too!
 
Ok, well im hanging right now for the first time! Ive had a bib starter for like a year now and never even tried it for lack of privacy, but not i have the time and privacy, so im goin for it... Im trying to gain some more lenght to get to a solid 7 nbpel. Hopefully the addiction of this with some light manuals and my hardcore girth routine will get me to my final goal of about 7x6.

Right now im at 5lbs, but i may just up it to like 7 or 8 tommorow night as this doesnt really seem to be too much for me. My schedule will go as follows

2 girth/ light stretch sessions during the day
20-40 minutes of hanging at night

simple right! I will go for this 7 days a week

hoping to see big things from this bib as i dont really think ive even come close to seeing all the gains i can get from my ligs... i am very excited. rofl
 
Well Ive been pretty consistent with my peing, but not so much with updating this thing.. Since the last time i posted i have still been working on my girth with clamping and ulis, but I just started hanging a few days ago as Ive pretty much given up on stretching for now- too boring and too much work- and it is going great! Im hoping to see gains within the first month...

That being said I plan on now doing the exact routine that uli did, no more, no less.. I will do 50 ulis twice a day, with maybe some clamping if i feel like it..

I want to continue to hang 40 mins- an hour daily at i think im at like 7 or 8 lbs now... and getting a great burn in my ligs, like ive never felt before.. when I can- probably in about a month or so, im gonna move up to 10-12 lbs.. no rush though.. im really enjoying everything about Penis Enlargement right now :)
