I have decided that in order to get the most out of Penis Enlargementing I should start a journal and log my gains and my excercises. The reason I have put it off though for the past couple of months that Ive been here is because my routine is very scattered- by this I mean that I don't really have a set routine that I do. If I stretch, then I do it for anywhere from 40-60 mins and I do whatever stretches I feel like- or maybe more accurately- I do whatever feels like it is working my package the most.
I do more stretches to the right, as I feel a really good stretch in my penis when going to the right. Its really hard for me to feel any kind of a stretch on the left side of my penis and if I can get it to where I feel it, its always from a tunica stretch. In fact, I do mostly tunica work as I feel like the lig excercises don't really do much for me- I can never feel a good stretch. I haven't stopped doing them all together, I just really focus on pulling straight out and higher.
I usually stretch every day, and this month Ive started doing girth excercises again. I do a jelq routine for like an hour also, sometimes a little less. I stayed away from doing too much girth work for the first two months because I didn't want it to affect my length gains, but theyre just so much fun to do! And I don't think its really going to have a negative affect on my length- if anything it should have a positive affect!
Right now I'm going to do my stretch routine- I'll post again after to see if I can get a handle on what I do exactly. :P
 
Done with like a good 50 minute stretch. I did a bunch of pulling straight out, left, right- some a-stretches, a bunch actually- a good amount of planted lig stretches and some various angled stretches.

I actually finally found out my LOT too. Its at around 6 oclock- hense my not really being able to get good lig stretches. I noticed though that when I get erect I can stretch my ligs by pushing down and to the right and kegeling- I get sore the day after doing a couple of these. I believe that this is because my ligs are tighter on the left side.

Later on today I'll do my jelq routine and some erect bends and some erect stretches (I know people advice against these, but I can get a really good upward stretch all along my tunica when I do these.) I can feel a nice inner penis stretch when I stretch erect. I'll post again later after the workout. ;)
 
You got a good routine and your a fast gainer i was looking at your stats im gonna start strecthing longer did you gain any girth.
 
I haven't really checked the girth as I've just started doing a serious girth routine, but soon I'll be checking it out. My girth routine consists of like around 500 (guessing) wet jelqs w/ some uli's, horse 440's, and dual consticted dry jelqs (w/head squeezed.) Keep in mind this routine goes for like an hour and I stretch after every couple of excercises for about 2 minutes. It feels like its really giving me a good workout after every session. I did a BPFSL the other day after a stretch routine (not erect) and I was up .5 inches from a month back (now 7.9)!
 
Forgot to mention that last night I was hanging out with this chick I met at work. In other news, Penis Enlargement related, I just ordered a BIB, so I will soon be joining the ranks of all the hangers. I figure I'll hang for a few, 2 maybe, hours a day when I get it, and still have my manuals and jelqs that I'll do. We'll see how my junk feels after the hanging sessions. I'm going back to school on the first so I'm not really sure how much I'll be able to hang there. After I work out my roomates school schedule Ill be able to see when I can get some Penis Enlargement done. Blehh- kind of hungover. Me head be hurty. Nevertheless, I will get my Penis Enlargement in today seeing as how I don't really have shit else to do. Yesterday, before I drank a few too many, I got a short like 30-40 minute jelq session in while watching some adult entertainment- made sure not to blow. Im not sure if Ive mentioned this before in my posts here, dont feel like going back and reading through, but I dont think that you should blow your load after a girth session. It feels to me like I lose whatever pump I had going and my penis shrinks up. I don't know for sure, but I listen to my body when it tells me something and it seems to be letting me know to lay off for a bit after a girth routine.

Anywho, I'm gonna go for like an hour long stretch session in a bit- post again later about how it went. Im sure Ill also get a good jelq routine in today also. I like to seperate the two by a few hours- I used to do them, while at school, one right after the other- jelq before the shower and then stretched after, but Im not quite sure if it was from lack of intensity or what but I never really gained. Now that I seperate my routines Ive gained very well, and now that Ive gained well Ive gotten much more into Penis Enlargement. Its an addictive cycle. :)

Got a good hour long stretch session in before- watched the simpsons on my computer the whole time, awesome! My dick is pretty sore I can feel it in the ligs a lot- at least I think its in the ligs. I was sore when I first started as I have been pretty consistent with my stretching and yesterday I was doing some erect bends to loosen up my tight ligs on the left side of my dick. It works pretty well, I just get really hard, kegel hard and push my boner down and to the right- really gets a nice stretch in the ligs.

Now, I think Im gonna go for a bit of a low level erection jelq session and finish off with a few horse 440's. Probably go for around 40-50 minutes and then Im off to bed- work at 5 am- fucking super!
 
Well I'm up a little past my bedtime, but whatever- just had a really good girth session. My dick is feeling pretty worked over right now. I went for a little over an hour and got plenty of dual compression dry jelqs, regular jelqs, edges-whole lot, some bends, and even some stretches. I can get a really good stretch pulling straight back while lying back when Im semi hard. To do this I get a reverse OK (palm away from my body) grip in the middle or a little lower on my shaft and pull up. This causes my skin to pull forward but my hand stops at my glans like in a normal stretch, and I yank away. Now I really need to get to bed. work :(
 
Well, I measured my girth yesterday and I'm just about at 5.25- that puts me almost at my long term goal of 5.5- Hydromaxmmm, possibly changing that long term goal to 6... Yeah 6 sounds good. Anyway, today I was lazy and my dick is feeling pretty worn out from some intense workouts over the past week, so I just had a quick 20/20 stretch/jelq workout tonight. I wasnt planning on taking any time off really, but I think my dick really could use a couple days of light routines. We'll see how the little buddy is doing tommorow.

Today I'm going to be back on track and I'll be getting in the usual hour of stretches during the day and then hour of jelqing at night. Oh, and also I'm gonna head out to loews and see if I cant find me a cable clamp or two- I went their yesterday, but I didnt know what I was looking for really and looked all over. I have to say though- I seem to have gained more length when I only stretched and did very close to flaccid jelqing. I still am mainly looking for some length, I just really have fun with the girth routine and don't want to stop. So, I figure whatever keeps me having fun will keep me Penis Enlargementing in the long run, and will keep me gaining.
 
Went down to school today to look for jobs, blehh, long ass drive, but I got a good kegel workout in as I was driving back. And, before I went I did like 20 minutes of jelqing with my morning wood, though it was kind of hard with the lawn guys mowing. I think Im going to try to do this more often as its a nice way to start the day, I already have a nice boner for the jelqs, and it makes me hang nice all day long.
-Little side note, non pe related- When I was applying at this restaurant today the hostess looked over at me when I first walked in and gave me the biggest 'I wanna fuck you' smile/look. Man if I get the job there I am so testing out the new rod and tackle on her- she was fucking nice!

Im going to try and hold off on my girth routine for a little while and maybe just do some light jelqing later on tonight- its just that with my new computer its so hard to not just look at some adult entertainment and get a whole long girth attack in. -This happened last night and I accidently went 'over the edge' after about a half hour- forty minutes. OH MAN, it was the most intense feeling- I think I really might have turned japanese after that one. It wiped me out. Had a nice productive workout a couple of minutes ago- 45 minute stretch routine. Something I have negelected to mention in the past is the fact that I usually take a break when stretching about twice each hour long session and put the heating pad on my package. Sometimes I need to do it if I get a little hard, but mainly because it feels like it really loosens stuff up. I get a better stretch when my dick is properly heated- I also usually stretch after I get out of the shower, so thats my warmup.

I was feeling pretty sore when I started and had to go slowly at first, more so than usual, but after about 5 minutes I got into full- stride.

Should be getting my BIB in the mail pretty soon, but not before school I dont think. I'm going to moving there and living in an apartment with 3 other guys. Sounds like no more Penis Enlargement right? Well, they are going to have class during the day, and Im taking the first semester off. I will be working, but Im sure to have plenty of free time to get a few routines in here and there. Especially since theyre going to have to drive to get to campus from our apt. theyre not going to come back until after their classes are done for the day. I'll bring the bib and my dumbell that conviently has 6 detachable weights on it. Im hoping to be able to hang about 2-3 times a week and keep a good manual routine up 5-6 days a week. I also hope that hanging will bring some good length gains seeing as how Ive never really been able to feel a good stretch in my ligs when I manually do it. I get great tunica stretches, but not so much ligs. I have high hopes!

Oh yeh, and I want to bang the shit out of at least 4 girls this school year.
 
Well, Ive done two jelq sessions so far today, one wet in the morning with the morning wood and one dry while watching some adult entertainment. I decided to ditch the idea that I was just going to primarily stretch and not do girth workouts as I measured today even though I wasnt supposed to, and I was just about at 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL. By the end of the month I want to be bonafied 6.5 and Ill be able to say that Ive hit my first big Penis Enlargement landmark- my short term goal. Itll be nice to bring something like that back to school with me.

Of which, Ive been thinking that Im so excited about all this stuff that I know Im going to be drunk with my friends/ roomates and tell them about my conquests. I know that I shouldnt really as it might be looked on as kind of weird, but I know its going to come out- Im no good at keeping secrets, especially ones as good as this one. Besides, Ive heard about my one roomies small penis from an ex- girlfriend of his, and my other roomate has complained before about not being able to satify girls because he is just a 'small average white guy.' Then, also, I might be able to get some time alone if I want and just tell them that Im excercizing. Besides, who wouldnt want to know about this stuff- its fun, free, and it works!

Anyway, I also did some kegels for about 20 minutes also today- I really want to make sure I get these in everyday from now on- and a little later Ill be taking a shower and then stretching for about an hour. These new gains have really amped me up to reall go for it in the final stretch before I move back down to school.

Next official measurements- 8/30. Im guessing I made some girth gains too. :)
