Out of every Penis Enlargement exercise I have tried, towel raises are one I never tried, I will give them a go tonight. I have kind of slept on PC exercises lately and this is a great opportunity to try them. Thanks for the reminder.
 
There very intense, I wet a face towel with hot water, ring it out so its damp and not dripping. I do long holds and sometimes I pull the towel downward and kegel and my penis fills with a lot of blood and the kegel rep is tough to hold. This will stay in my routine so I make shore I'm hitting the PC work.

Ballooning after(didnt watch the time on these) I did reverse kegel holds. I see potential in Reverse kegel holds. I know they don't get that much hype but I like them a lot and have to believe these with towel raises, erections will improve and girth gains with be in the near future.

* My back has been giving me trouble for the last month or so. I fell I can get that weight more time than that but I will see next week. Sunday is deadlifts!!!! I fell good for those.

As for Penis Enlargement, I've been having random session here and there but I hope to make a routine. I will go back to the basics. I will do manual stretches,jelq,etc.
 
After my last session I realize I have to take a break from erect work.

I may stop erect work(DLD Blasters/uils/Pumping) all together or save them 1-2 days a week. My erection are soft like a bag of flour. This is from too much erect work. I think I will go back to Stretches,jelq & Kegels. Please offer advice to gain while restoring my boner strength?

Tuesday was an off day other than stretching in the shower post workout.

Yesterday I did Basic stretch 10 min./Jelq 10 min./Ulis with Cock Ring 10 min. Which is very restricted for what I'm used to performing.

Tonight I plan to go back to a normal day of Penis Enlargement. Hanging/Pumping/etc.

I pulled my toe nail of my big toe last night. I dropped a 25lb. plate on it at the weight room about a month ago. It was purple and half way off so I just pulled it off. I will have a hard time training calves but will give my best effort.

After a lot of research from about 4 Penis Enlargement forums, I see a lot of guys that were in my same boat as me. Then they changed there routine from daily work to adding in rest days. And they all seem to report gains with the change.

Also after trail & error I know what works for me and my goals are to length at the moment so I have a few select exercises I will build my sessions around.

I will either have a rest day every 2-3 days or I might go with 1 on/1 off.

My exercises I will use:
-Bundled Stretches
-Basic Stretches
-Weighted V-Stretches(2.5-10lbs.)
-Ulis
-Pumping
-Revere Kegels & Kegels

My day off are more so active rest. I will hit somewhere near 1000 kegels on the days I give my penis a break.
 
I think it makes sense to change rest days every couple months from 7 on to something lighter (3 on 2 off, etc.) this way it keeps the body guessing and hopefully in a state of continuous gains.

Last time I put my stats on here I was 6" 8/16(6" 1/2.) I measured 4 different times in my session. I have gains to report!!! Each time I was up to 6" 9/16. This is after hanging before as well so I'm sure these are cemented gains. 7" HERE I COME!

Never heard of this but if there is no pain present I would not worry too much about it.
 
Damn all I have to say is Girth Hammer you are one strong dude! Im at the same weight as you but not lifting nearly as much. I put up 315x5 on squats and I thought that was good for 150lbs, haha i guess not. Anyways, just wanted to say you motivated me to start my own progress thread tonight. Also, do you think those towel raises you were talking about would help improve my erection angle? Right now its pretty much straight out from my body maybe a little lower.

Sweet I responded on your progress thread & will keep my eye on it.

I will say I started REALLY light with my weights. Realized I was at the same weight forever.Focused on form to make it close to perfect as possible. And I made steady gains since then. I preach form more than anyone you will meet at a gym. People at my gym think I'm strong but I believe anyone can increase there poundage with proper form & good diet. I had a pretty good workout today but I hurt my back a few days back so I had to lighten the weight today. Few days back I tried 435 for the first time. I got it 10 times and was ready to pass out. Then the guy who spotted me said "Do you ever hurt your back?" I said "Never have I so far". He jinxed me, the next day I woke up and my back hurt so bad I couldn't even move from my bed. I bought a belt for my back. I had a decent workout today.

Leg day(Current weight 154.4lbs.)

*Squats
- 405X13 reps
-425 X 9 reps
-435 X 7 reps

Trust me when I say form will sky rocket your weight. Study form till its second nature for you. My training partner has added about 180lbs. to his squat since me & him started to train. He told me he thought he would never get that type of weight and thanked me. I LOVE helping others so that meant a lot to me.

Towel raises will make erections harder but don't do much for lasting longer for me. Multiple 5-10 second kegels have given me the best [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words].
 
Yeah its good to hear you use proper form. I always see guys in the gym who squat half way down, ive always been taught to do form before weight. Recently though I have been doing lighter weights and a lot more volume for my lower body because it is just so stubborn to grow in size. I can always see steady increase in strength but the size doesn't seem to change much.

As for the towel raises I was more referring to changing the erection angle than [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]. I have always been fine with [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] but was wondering if they would help make my erection stand at a higher angle?
 
You taking them squat till COMPLETE failure? I have till kneel down & can barely catch my breath, sometimes I fell I can not walk after each set. I go to failure each set, intensity is way more important tham volume. Also your legs are your biggest muscles so adding muscle might not be as noticalbe as your delts or traps.

I can't really help with erection angle question. My erection angle has always been the same. My hardness has increased but the angle was pretty much the same.

Indirectly....YES it should!

(interesting Fact) Ever wonder why some guys puke training legs? The demand from your heart for blood/nutrients while training legs is something that isn't present while hitting other muscle groups. It will work so hard it will take blood from your stomach lining and that where you get the puking from.

Most people carry fat either on there abdomen & legs which I would think may interfer with blood flow to the penis at some level. Hitting your most demanding muscle group ensures bodyfat reduction.

Also your cardio improves over time from the demand on your heart. And you should know that erections are a reflection of your heart health.

This is the first time I have used the jelq in a long time. I'm a real believer now, I was one to shy away from it. I fell in love with clamping in the rookie years of Penis Enlargement. And when I first tried it in the past I was doing it erect so it wasn't working for me. Then I gave up on it but now I see the light.

I did that session earlier today this morning and I still have a nice flaccid hang & veiny looking member. I will add jelq back into my routine as a staple.

Jelq at 50 percent erect or less to me. Enough for it to be plump but once you can fell it getting hard, your erection percentage is to high.

I had a funny day. I went to watch a bodybuilding show. It was so sad when in some classes where one person would be so dominate to the competition.

Me & the team went to denny's and one guy I meet who might be the funniest person ever. He stopped some woman who was throwing some fries away and take her plate and ate the fries. Then one of us had all you all you can eat pancakes. they gave us these syrup cups. They looked like "shots" so he took down 5 full shots of syrup like a champ. That shit looked so gross.

GirthHammer what do you use for a clamp when you do an ADC after a girth workout? Also, i know you cant be that precise with an answer but how tight do you put it on and for how long?
 
What I'm currently doing after noticing girth gaining wasn't my strong point. I created my entire routine around what I believe will all hit the tunica.

It is not so much like Viagra or the like, so you wont have an erection non stop, it just gives you better erections.
 
Last night I had my best Leg workout ever!

*Current weight:154.6lbs.(didnt lose any from last time. I need to lose 6-8 more for my contest in 14 weeks from now.)

*Both were supposed to be only 6 reps on both but my strength went up so I was shocked by both. I felt like puking & I was seeing stars after my last set. rofl I have to change my goal since I will get them before the year is over. I will not make a goal weight on lifts, I will just push myself as hard as I can.

Your body is off the hook! It is amazing how incredible someone can look when they put in the work. You need to black out your face and post some pics...guys and gals have to see what your working with.
 
Nice story girth, similar to mine. I've been through lots of routines and haven't made significant gains till I recently went back to phase 1. I'm thinking about clamping again. Keep up the good work.

- This is not for the light hearted rofl. My eyes watered as soon as I put the bar on my back. This was my first time trying this type of poundage. I was pray for at least 6, But I got there and knew I had more left in the tank. My training partner yelled "you got a few more in you" when I got to 6. I push till I got 10, I had to knell down for 5-10 minutes afterwards. I could not catch my breath but it was worth it. Im almost at 5(45's) on each side!

Been having great Penis Enlargement sessions lately. Will post session later today.

Im going to pick up a better pump today, It time I step up to the real deal. My pump is OK but I could get a better quaility pump and maybe some adult entertainment for my girth sessions.
