Jelqing erect is not done by some because it increases the risk of injury due to the ever higher pressure.

I am not sure how it would be possible to shrink your cock by jelqing.

I prefer jelqing at a maximum erection because i feel it maximizes the effect. I think that as long as i increase my jelqs steadily rather than doing 1000 straight off then i should be able to prevent overtraining or injury.
