AT this point in my weight loss and NBP size this exercise is the most important part of my newest routine as this exercise will produces NBP gains plus it will give the bass of my penis the finished look I want, like Mandingo.

Now grip around the whole package and keep a good firm grip.

While doing this, ALWAYS keep a good firm grip of the whole package...slippage and its start over from the stood up position.

Do this with BOTH hands.
While doing this, bring the legs up towards your body....in other words pushing against the handles.

Also start to push your feet into the bed matress for this, works great.
I hold this for 60 seconds and do X3 in a row.
The aim is 6 reps.

I had that bulge before i started peing also someone probably could get it from pe but i think i got mines from sleeping on my stomach i noticed that my penis folds to my left side right there probably trapping blood in all night while im sleep and thats probably why my girth is 6.55 at base and only 5.75 mid shaft.

You know, I was really interested in this whole thing, the bulge being of utmost interest as it would be one more way to 'prove' the effectiveness of Penis Enlargement. But I think that the bulge is just a function of a really kick ass PC muscle. If you look at a lot of the adult entertainment stars they have them: Mandingo, Lex, I think Julian may even have one, I'm not sure.

No doubt I'm mistaken, but unless there's a Penis Enlargement Conspiracy out there, I don't think that the bulge has to do with any particuar variety of Penis Enlargement.

I dont know if were talking about the same thing here,but i think i tried somethin similar to this usin a weight and what boxers use to keep their gloves on....the wrap i guess. I would wrap the "wrap" behind my balls and tie it to a 40 lb weight(too much since i was fairly new probaly but no injuries). Then i would lay on my back on the floor or the bed(mines in on floor) and put the 40lb weight arms lenth over my head and start to move further away from the weight at full erection the whole time doin sets of kegels. After a set of kegels i would keep movin away from the weight. I know this is not explained very well but im sure somebody knows the name of this exercise, if i have my cameraphone i can try to send a pic of what i mean if somebody knows how to post pics. This routine gained me about half and inch overnight seriously,i had been stretchin for a couple months prior and only gained 1/4 of an inch and that was with intense stretching. I figured it was just part of the newbie gains people talk about which it may have been im still not sure.But ive tried to do it again and i can no longer gain much of anything from it,its like that exerrcise took all the "lot" i think its called in one fell swoop. I think this idea if were talkin about the same thing will be great for people just starting out,especially if uve found a way to do it where ur not cutting off the circulation to your balls,bcuz that was my main problem i couldnt do it for too long bcuz it was very painful after a certain ammount of time with the "wrap" cutting off my circulation.

I have gotten much of "the shape" since the inception of this exercise but I am not completely there yet. I have lost much weight and this contributed to a different looking base but not all. Much of the change is due directly to this exercise and I believe it is a large part of Mandingo's secret...A big statement for not knowing for sure, but Mandingo is such an icon to each one of us and finding his "secret" is, and will be, a goal of mine until I find it. We can't have 5'5" guys running around with a baseball bat sized penis and not know HOW THE FUCK HE DID IT. Expressive Stretching is me Expressing my desire for the perfect penis:)

I noticed that the Tunica Fulcrum Stretch started to change the shape of my tunica but i did the stretch different to how u do it i would get a chair or my computer chair put it against my bed then sit down then i would get into the stretch and then i would lay my back on the bed i would lay down but my butt would be on the chair and i would be like sitting up laying down if u understand and i thought i got the tunica better like that:)

There are a few methods that I have heard of, a good friend of mine incorporated YOGA into his expressive routine and has been having great progress. The quest to has a mega-mandingo-phallus is incredible...but it keeps me going, anyway. Just the reaction he gets from woman is incredible.

I Tried this new stretch, and all I have to say is WOW I see the light.
This is a good one DLD. I really pulled the internal Penis out. It helped me get
the inch I really needed. I have been experimenting with this one "Guys, after you have Pulled the internal out, try twisting(bundled it) the shaft and balls". I in a "A" Stretches its has doubled my gain. No Lie I believe you have found a keeper. I am currently 9.5 BPL and Try Dry Jelqing Down-Words. I got some good gains out of that also. 7.5 mid Shaft. Sorry for the long post but it is worth the try for the fellow vets.

When I first saw Mandingo, years ago, he appeared to be 8-8.5 inches long. Today he is pushing 11 (bp) so I believe he did or does Penis Enlargement unless he has some 25 year long puberty stage:)

You need a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] you have to get into this postion
but you need to pull the whole penis though the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and pull from behind the balls.
