PLUS if you look at the base of his dick the skin at the bottom is actually wrinkly scrotum skin that is on his shaft and his balls are really tight almost like he has no sac. in my opinion his dick was stretched to the MAX which pulled all the skin tighter. I'm sure he had a pretty big dick to begin with but from what I can see he added an extra 2 or 3 inches. Exactly, as it stands limited data is around on the effectiveness to this technique because its not used often enough. Guess its another bundles which when you brought out took several years to be soaked up. These may be the norm in another 10 years or so?

NP! Keep in mind that the penis is very tough and resilient and can take quite a bit of intensity. You will understand these limits as you become more familiar with your penis. In my opinion, it is better to learn heavy, intense work than spend too much time trying to be safe.

Hep, you can keep it very simple. At the beginning of your length work do a couple sets of Expressive Stretches using your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] or your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I don't want to see you get overwhelmed with your routine so introduce it slowly.

Ok... So if you read my old log thread type thing I recently posted on, I mention about me trying some "new(to me atleast) powerfull stretches which almost show instant gains"....
It is sort of fitting in here, and as I mentioned, this is atleast new to me - it could be an old method here but I though I'd share just incase.
Taking on the viewpoint of expressive stretches - I too have thought about the whole of your penis which is actually inside you, and the best way to expose it, and stretch it - almost pull it out.....though not pull your whole knob off in the process! :P
I started using a metal pole/tube (actually an old pull-up bar), holding it upright, put it to the one side of my penis, and push it as close and as hard into your actual body next to your member - then grabbing the penis with the other hand and stretch it over the bar... Doing this, instantly exposes that "inner penis" so to speak, and what I would assume, stretches it too, and, with long use, should gather good gains...?

All angles should be covered. We are never sure where the gain will come from, it can be internal penis, tunica or a ligament gain and leaving one out would be limiting oneself from a possible gain.

Not at all, you only need to find manual replacements that will accomplish the same task. I am blown away at how popular expressive stretching has become since it was thought on. Excellent that you are including Expressive Stretching! I just looked at the date of this thread and I can hardly believe that I invented this almost a decade ago.
 
Also try to dig into pelvic as much as possible with overhand grip, and pull it out, when I doing that FLACCID I also feel dull pain across tunica, after few reps of that my penis is elongated and thicker, but nothing special

Yup, the deeper you can reach into the base the more you will be stretching internal penis.

Just try getting as much as possible into pelvic, the way I am doing that is: Place left hand behind glans (overhand) and pull-stretch, with right overhand grip I dig dig dig with circular motion, that circulation get me much more into pelvic and I can better grip it, then PULL with full force, sometimes when I get lucky, I feel stretching, but sometimes not.
