I have somethings to mention about the area this exercise will be affecting. Let me say that tonight I had a go with this stretch in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
Power Assist[/words] and wow ... what a session, very intense and I can see exactly the potential in this now.
Held the stretch for 60 seconds and will use this in my routine going for upto 10 mins non-stop as for me that seems the best route being more time under tension [TUT] which is a similer concept as to how [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] work, but in this case the inner penile tissue is being stretched.
Okay .. been reading Gray's anatomy amongst others and was very interested in the secion on the perineum.
Its generally defined as the surface region in both males and females between the pubic symphysis and the coccyx.

Now, I was looking into this and the reasons for it are the muscle structures in that region and how they could affect this stretch.
I see very large and powerful muscles in the region that help attach the penis bulb to the root and hence keep it secure .... we are pulling on the region via the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
power assist[/words] and when we do this those muscles flex and try to prevent us and limit us from doing much work.
The Superficial Fascia is two layers with superficial and deep. The deep portion is the part I see on the diagram covering various urine muscles underneath it and also underneath that is the penile bulb and the stuff we want to stretch ... the inner penis.
So its 3 layers if you will to get to that good stuff.
When we are pulling with this exercise we are putting tremendous force to the perineum region and especialy the superficial fascia and the deep layer [Fascia of colles] of it, which is thin, aponerotic in structure and VERY strong [The anatomy books all say this] which serves to bind down the muscles of the root to the penis.
Without me going on in medical lingo, this thing covers some area and not just the penile root.
I think its half the battle getting past this and onto the inner penis to stretch out.
Underneath this is the accelerator urine [bulbo-cavernosus] which is also attached from the bulb working its way along the corpus spongiosum [CS we call it ''middle chamber on your dick''] and over the sides of the corpus cavernosum.
Right under this is the INNER Penis EnlargementNIS ... inside us, hideing. Three portion join out existing external penis [obvious] and extend into the body attached to the bulb.
What I've found when I do expressive stretching is a burn sensation and a feeling of a muscle being pulled ... this is the actions of what I have been discussing here and to combat it partly, I do reverse kegels which are pushing like you want to urniate or excremate but obviously nothing comes out and as you do this STRETCH harder and you may notice the region slightly stretch out more.
DLD made this discovery with the reverse kegels years ago and is a much neglected tip to gain length.
Its relaxing the muscles, ligaments and tendons from the pelvic region so the penis takes most of the brunt from the stretch.
I think that when we are doing these stretches though, and as you know its unusual compared to regular stretching positions that the muscles around the bulb of the penis which I have discussed become relaxed and enable the user to stretch further than normally.
Once you learn about your opponent and in this case an area to do with our penis than you can plan tactics accordingly and I feel that this stuff needs very intense strong stretching done over several minutes or more of non-stop TUT [Time under tension] ... to me this will take the most advantage of the strong bulb muscles being relaxed and not keep giving them a chance to get back to normal again when we take a break between sets and reps but to fatigue the area as much as we can and this will incl them muscles too which will fatigue and enable us more chance to attack what we want.
I aim to do this stretch for approx 20-30 minutes non-stop in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
PA[/words] ... hand around the penis, lay in bed sat up with feet pushing on the rope attached to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
PA[/words] and the handles on the top of my thigh.
While doing this I will do reverse kegels and pull hader & further eachtime.
My grip, if failing will be changed with another hand or hold with both. Its actually quite easy to do like this and you have to worry more about the uncomfortable feeling in the region stretched than the hands tireing.
Its a test of mental strength in someways because its not easy to do and as many know who've done it, can be sore.
I do think that these are the key now to something big ... look on ALL the anatomy charts for the region and the penis, you will see the inner penis and it varies with each male but can go from anywhere 3-8 inches or more.
Stretch this out and in time that big long penis we want should become a much faster reality.
