What do you mean by smooth? Like wrapped up well? Or literally a smooth wrap. I was feeling super fatigued right at 21 min of hanging at 10 lbs. I think super setting [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] stretches with hanging is the way to go. You pound the hell out of your ligs and then pull them away from your body with static weight. It's just super intense and requires a level of discomfort. There really isn't much I do in my routine that feels great. The voorhees, I grind my teeth and grimace through much of my routine.

After measuring I didn't really have a lot of steam. It's amazing what a physical and emotional toll that process takes and the aftermath left in its wake. Luckily, my experience was positive, but I now realize that breaking out the ruler is very intimidating.
 
Haha yeah, it's fun testing the limits of what your ligs are capable of huh? Funny faces and little beads of sweat on the brow, "just a little bit more, i....can....do....it" the bundled left/right and straight down are what bust me, i can pretty much see my ligs getting dragged out of my fat pad lolz, I'll snap a photo one day.

Left rights are auper crazy on their own for me, let alone bundled. I never really like straight down anything until I got an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. My first "set" in part of my complex entails sitting on my bed and putting my feet up on an stool parallel in height and doing straight down, almost behind the cheeks style stretches including a tilt to the left and right for 4.5 min. This is the most extreme part of my complex, so that's why I do it first. I don't get beads popping until the righters and lefters in the "straight out" or "middle" plain of stretches.
 
I do all my stretches standing up in the bathroom in front of the mirror while shouting motivational slogans at my reflection (well, maybe not the last part lmao 😂) side stretches consist of resting the arm of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] on my hip bone & levering the other end out to meet 90° & beyond in relation to my front, straight down i have a wide stance/slight bend at the knees and kinda roll my upper body forward using it's weight as added force until my dick touches the floor (i wish! 😆).

I don't know if it has any added benefits other than it's what is comfortable for me. I've tried stretching while seated but the diagonal stetching up/down Just isn't the same & the btc stretches are done standing anyways. Maybe i just like looking at myself in the mirror haha 😜

I don't know what has happend to me. I'm very depressed and have lost my PE mojo. I have a weird virus that is giving me respiratory troubles and cognitive issues as well. I'm gonna take a rest day and let my body try to heal and try to come back with my routine in the next day or so. It really is discouraging. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. It's through his grace that all things are possible, so I know he and my fellow brothers will see me through the darkness that depression will inevitably see its way into all of out lives at one point or another. The hearts and minds of mankind are weak. However, the love between us and his guidance are the truth that points our ship out of the murky waters.
 
Hoping for a speedy turnaround for you brother Figi, I know you'll bounce back & have that mojo return. Enjoy your rest time even though it may be unwanted, a day off here & there is but a footstep in the dirt of the long trail we are walking along. I'm a little bummed at the moment myself having strained something earlier today while stretching, but will be back to it tomorrow with a little luck ☺

I feel for you my Brother, I am away getting help for my depression right now. It is a tough place to be and I hope to be able to help you with the help I am getting. I can tell you that the darkness does pass, I go through depression every year and it always eventually lifts. The best advice I can give you is to stay in the moment and to keep your mind occupied with whatever you can. I will watch tv, read, write, draw, pretty much anything to keep myself in the present. I will keep you in my prayers.
