Better to find your groove than over train yourself. A good pe routine is one we can handle each day. Going too hard too fast will lead to injury and having to take time off.

That sounds reasonable. I thought I was doing ok with the amount of work I was doing. It never seemed super dangerous. Just, with the time spent out of the groove, I need to do break back in in steps. If what I'm hearing correctly, you are encouraging me to find a moderate to intense program based on my goals to stave off injury and maximize consistency? I think I can get behind that. Seems better than beating the shit out of myself for a month solid and taking 4 or 5 days "off."

I am only suggesting that there nay be a better way to gain in any given situation and when gain are slow or not happening at all it is important to find another method of training. As I said earlier there are infinite ways we can change and modify a routine.
 
In a month i skipped two or three days whit no exerciising and then when i dont exercise seems like a month passed me by,thats not a great thing but my mind play tricks on me haha anyway.definitely need a stronger willpower,distractions and lack of privacy are a damn nightmare......

Yeah. The off days are not even that many. They just compound and then crush you in your mind.

I get confused and im like what the hell..i have this small calendar and i mark the days i exercise,sometimes even when i check it i forget to mark a day and i just can remember if i had a session or not...:P

Kinda sucks cuz it's a pain in the ass to use. I can actually get up to 220 and above with it, but it pull really hard on my sac and wants to eat my tiny balls. It's cool to wine vac it up to 220 and have the gaitor leave a circle the entire circumference of my fat pad. The pull is amazing and I can get above 6.5 in of temp girth expansion without batting an eye. The problem is you need about 1.5 liters of water to fill it and I don't have a great set up right now for that; I only have a shower right now in my pump station. As for the lack of water after a sesh in te [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]herc[/words], yeah. There is less than 300 ml of water after a session. It's kinda fun, but I am worried that I'll have to release the pressure and wait a while for the expansion to go down for a while to remove the tube. It's pretty nuts. I'm not even 6 in girth yet, but my fluid retention is off the charts past 20 min.

This seems like a good blue print for my daily routine for the rest of feb. I'm subscribing to a routine that is intense, yet is sustainable for a long haul. This will be the minimum, as I may end up adding morning workouts consisting of Manual stretches and a short 20 min hang. I'm not going to be a guy who has 2hrs a day to hang, but I see the virtue in doing multiple sets- if time wil allow. I'm not sure they will happen, since at my inch in a year inception I wanted to get those in. My schedule just hasn't allowed it. Perhaps it is because I do workout 2 hrs a day 4 days a week. Maybe if I can try super hard, I may do 2 a days on my non workout days??? Which would be 3 additional workouts per week.

Again. I would like to thank you guys for your support when I had a dark moment there. Things were pretty bleak. It's my hope I can at least pull it together these next two weeks and pull out some more gian.

What is your overall opinion of the different [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] products you have? Do you think they have given you any increased length or is it all just girth? How much girth have you gained from it?

Also, I have read a lot of warnings that pumps, including the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], cause erection issues, has that happened to you? Like are you a lot softer then before you started?

I don't intend to begin any girth work for something in the range of 1-3 years, but when I do I am considering a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] as central to my routine just like hanging is for me now. I trust your opinion so I just want to see what you think.
