I agree with the bad to basics comment. Every Brother here should prepare for such a situation when they can't do their regular routine. Putting together a manual routine that can be used anywhere is just plain smart. I am in that position now, where I am has very little privacy and lots of people running around. I have to do my entire routine in the shower room and it needs to fit into a 20 minute slot so I have a scaled down version of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] that I use...getting something in is better than getting nothing in!

13.5 comes from the time of stretches that I do. I do 3 sets of 30 sec each in three directions down, straight out and up. So, it's 1.5 min of each stretch times 3, in each direction in three different planes. 1.5 x 3 = 4.5 x 3 = 13.5... As an aside, the downward stretches to the sides end up being a pseudo btc style stretch, so that's why there's not a separate set for those. I never felt the straight back btc stretch, so I just felt like the abridge set worked for me. Plus, with the addition of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] hanging I felt like it wasn't needed as the straight down hang was covered. AND, it just felt right to use the same timing with other things to balance out the length work, ie girth, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] etc. I wish it were more significant with some mystical significance, but it's just logical programming. : )

I am glad even the master can see the virtue in doing something in lieu of nothing. Seems like you have a good program in your short window. Would you mind sharing what that is? Id be interested to hear what you find pertinent to do in such cases.

My program is on hold for right now because I am working on my depression right now. I used to pump up and every few min pump back up. But now I am using the wine vac mod to "vacuum" out water every 30-45 sec. In order to keep my entire session at the same pressure. It seems to be adding girth and leaves me plump into the next morning. I don't know how well this is working as it's only been about a month. Maybe after I measure on the 1st and measure again in a month I can say for sure this is working. Just anecdotally, I feel bigger in my hand and my sexual partners feel tighter during intercourse. I don't want to lead anyone down a path that's going to hurt themselves, but for brothers stuck with 553 or just not seeing gains, maybe it could be just what they need to break through plateaus.

I feel like 12.5 lbs was too big of a jump, so I'm going to hangout at 10 and condition myself to be able to hang with higher weights. Plus, I'm not even a month into my year long challenge, so slow and steady works. I did an unofficial girth measure the other day and I'm pleased to see the tape at 5.5 in... I think my goal will be to add another half inch in a year as well. I don't know quite when I'll start going after that goal with the same intensity. It may be that I have to split things up and do girth in the am and length in the pm. I see myself being able to streamline girth and get it done visa 553 and hope that will pan out to work. I can blast that shit pretty quickly. Let me know what you guys think.

As far as the hanging goes, do not rush things. It could very well be a fact that the reason you feel like you can't move past 10 lbs at this point is because that is doing enough for you in terms of gaining, and after you measure if you find that to be the case then keep progressing slowly. Remember, hanging is not a weight lifting competition, you are generally only supposed to move up either when you stop seeing gains or if you truly feel conditioned to a certain weight and feel the need to move up.

You should also look into getting smaller weight increments. I have weights that are .5 lbs, 1.25 lbs, and 2.5 lbs, and in the past I have gone up as slowly as .5 lbs over a period of two weeks.

Keep on keeping on.
