Its the picture at the top of page 15.. I just call it "Triple Clamping" because I use 3 cable clamps to do the exercise, and i don't know what else to call it.. We've talked about it before.
You also had a new theory on it, you told me about it on the bottom of page 15 and referred to it as the "Slow Squash Clamp"... i had a few questions about it, and posted a reply about it.

Wow, no, I thought we were talking about 2 clamps:) With three it would not work as a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words], only 2. Sorry about the confusion. Apply the same information on the exercise I made, just take one of the clamps out of the equation, 2 many variables:)

Well I want to, but I don't understand how to move the clamps closer together while attached? You can't release them because then you loose all the pressure obviously. And I feel like sliding them wouldn't be possible or very painful.... So I don't really know how to go about it? Any advice?

First things first. I am so happy that [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is back online!! I don't know why it went down for a while, but Im just very glad it is back!! Also, I just noticed that my thread is now a Sticky in the Progress Log Section and I am really excited about that too!! So thank you to the moderators and whoever else that was involved in making that decision!

As Far as Penis Enlargement. I took 2 weeks off during Christmas time, but now I am back at it and glad to be! I hope this year will bring me an full inch of NBPenis EnlargementL and at least 1/2 inch of MSEG!

I know it sounds hardcore but its really not that bad for me.. I actually started at 30lbs.. I knew it was a risky weight to start at, but i knew my dick could handle it cause even when i do manual stretches, I pull as hard as i freaking can and still don't feel too much..   • Good session tonight. For my first hour of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I just used 2 Lrg rods, and then the second hour I slipped into 2 Lrg + 1 Sml.
  • I could probably start adding more time to the KB stretch.
  • Had trouble keeping an erection during the TCC (Triple Cable Clamp) after roughly 5 minutes due to being unable to physically stimulate the frenulum because one of the clamps sits right under the glands. As a result, I got frustrated and moved on to another exercise instead of doing my normal 2-3 sets of the 10 minutes of TCC.

  2. While Cable Clamping, Im having trouble maintaining an erection if I do my Triple Clamp method. I need the stimulation of the glands and frenulum to keep a rock hard erection, and the 3rd clamp that goes on around my glands prevents me from doing so. So today I did double clamp for 5 minutes, then triple clamp for the other 5 minutes.

Hey guys, I know I've been absent for a while and I apologize. For a while I wasn't able to get on the website due to a Malware warning that my computer was detecting. Anyways that is apparently not an issue anymore. I haven't been doing much Penis Enlargement lately but I plan to start it up again next week or the week after. Sorry it has been so long since I have posted guys. Been extremely busy. Haven't done much Penis Enlargement lately either. However in the lest week I have been able to get back into it pretty good.

Over the last 5-7 days I have been logging about 1-2 hours of stretching with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] a day. I have also been doing 2-3 10 minute sessions in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] a day, along with anywhere from 100-400 jelqs a day. I consider it a good way to get back into it after a descent amount of time off. Ill tell you what, my flaccid has been absolutely INCREDIBLE the past 5 days. Just HUGE, and it feels great. I know it has to do with using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] throughout the day and not just all at once, so it keeps the "pump" going, but it doesn't have that "pump" look at all, it just looks huge. No fluid retention either so its great. Now I wish I could just get my Erect to be this way! haha.

Anyways, hopefully now I will be able to get back into my routine of logging everyday, and get back on track for making some gains!!

Hey guys. Im sorry I havent posted in a while. I also havent been doing any Penis Enlargement :/ which is very unfortunate. I am in a living situation where I do not have proper privacy to be able to do so nor do I have much time right now as I am working 2 jobs.... It is a bummer and hopefully I will be able to get back on track at some point, but as of right now I do not know when that time will be.

right now I'm not doing any Penis Enlargement. The only thing that MIGHT be considered Penis Enlargement is that I wear a cock ring when I masterbate, and that is typically 30 minutes ish. So I get some "clamping" in here and there I guess. But like said, I really dont have the time for any right now. I work construction, so I am not going to stretch out my dick in a nasty port-poty, and even if i did, I cant do it multiple times a day... Its just the situation I am in right now, but it will change by october.
 
So the past few days I have been trying to get back into SOMETHING. So I have been doing about an hour a day of one of my own exercises that is a combination of hanging and extending using a Kettle Bell. I posted pictures of the exercise a long time ago, I do not recall what I named it though. Anyways it is a great exercise in my opinion because when I am done I can FEEL my Suspensory Lig stretched out and fatigued.
It is good to get back into something.
I was also able to get back into my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] this evening for about 10 minutes. I was able to pump right up to 198-200 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], so that was good.

So I looked through my photos and realized that I have never posted a picture of this exercise I am referring to in my above post. I call it the "Extended Hang"
Using the head piece of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I attach that to my penis and then attach the head piece to a 30lb kettle bell.
Placing the KB on the ground, I get my penis fully extended, and I can adjust the tension by moving back and fourth in my chair, or moving the KB back and fourth on the ground OR, SLIGHTLY leaning back or fourth.
I do sets of 20 minutes at one time, then a 5 minute break, then back into the Rep.

Tell me what you guys think, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. If you need further clarification, just ask. DLD, I am especially curious as to what your thoughts on this exercise are??
