Seeing that I am doing these exercises with a purpose. They really help to keep my mental game up.

I could feel the burn and stretch in each stretch that I did. I Reversed Kegel in as many stretches as I can. The burn has been much more noticeable and the feeling lasts for a day, I feel that I'm about to gain soon so I'm gonna keep up the intensity. Another thing, I read in a few forums that Erect stretching helps convert BPFSL to El. So I incorporate about 3 min of total Erect stretching. BE CAREFUL when doing these stretches. It's not the same as pulling your flaccid penis so be mindful and listen to your body. If there is any bit of pain, back off immediately and ease into it.

150 flaccid jelqs (total time 10 mins)

Normal Kegel routine but only did 3 sessions today. PC muscle is getting stronger everyday. I can hold my 1 min squeezes much easier.

I now use a hot sock pad before I go to sleep at night after my routine. Not too sure if that's helping cement my gains or whatever, but if feels really nice and it keeps my penis warm and hanging thoroughly the night.

Gonna do 5 min of Visualization then call it a night. Decided to wait tip march 30th to measure.

Great stretch session! I noticed that when I did BTC the intensity was more ridiculous than normal. There is a good pain when I stretch now and I feel that I'm either going to gain soon or I'm in the gaining process. Still going to measure at the end of March.

I wear leather baseball batting gloves. Worked out better than latex and baby powder. What are you using?
 
I never thought to use those. I'm using latex gloves, no baby powder. It works fine, but I guess using the same gloves for 2 months isn't the greatest of ideas. Ill look into baseball gloves.

Great session! I was really pulling harder today. I felt that even if the intensity was there I can't back down from the stretch. Great stretch session! I decided to break up the basic stretches from the advanced stretches today. I wish I had some kind of length theory behind it, but all I can say is I ran out of warm water haha! But still great! I left about a 3/4 inch stretch mark which felt good to me. When I did the A-stretch I noticed that I pulled more penis out as I Reverse Kegeld and shift my wrists. The Mandingo made me feel like my penis was about to explode.
