I have not been very consistent with Penis Enlargement at all since I discovered it on the internet 2 years ago. I do it off and on and therefore have not made any erect gains. I tried this on Sunday 3/21/10 and got a 7/8" girth gain when I was finished. I did have fluid buildup so when I do it tonight, I'm going to use a condom, as I've read it helps.

Length- I'm hanging for my lenth, I don't have a set amount of time, just as long as I can possibly do it 5 days on 2 off. So far today I have hung for 34 minutes with 10 pounds doing straight down, straight out, and over the leg. The last 10 minutes of hanging I did over the leg and I could really feel the stretch on the tunica.

When I do over the leg, I lie down on the edge of my bed and turn slighty to the side with the weight hanging over the edge so that it hits one side of the tunica.

I'm doing girth tonight and hopefully some more hanging.

Just finished my girth routine. Temp gain of 3/4" which is down 1/8" from the first time but I had less fluid buildup using the condom. I really don't like using the condom though. The 3/4" temp girth gain gives me my goal girth of 6" which is nice to see. Hopefully I will see this 6" girth permanent by the end of the year. I'm going to measure every 6-8 weeks.

I ended up hanging for 55 minutes today also. I haven't been able to get a comfortable wrap/fit for my captains wrench I made. My gland is real sensitive due to the constant slippage. I will either keep trying for a good fit or make a different hanging device.

Today I hung for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes hitting every angle possible I think. I bought some wrap so the fit is better. I also bought some small 1/8" rope and noosed both ends. One end I put a 10lb dumbell and the other end I hooked to my captains wrench hanger. I put the weight over my chin up bar and let it hang, so its easy to hit the high angles for the tunica. I especially feel it when I'm standing and i turn to either side, it hits each side of the tunica and burn, burn, burn.

That was an amazing gain, but it felt too long, so next time I will only go for 40 minutes. as long as I get 3/4" gain +, I will be happy.

Alright, I just hung for 1 hour and 15 minutes again hitting every angle. I wrote in the hanging thread wondering if hanging increases gland size because of the constant engorging of the head.

So tomorrow I have girth again, I'm pretty excited to see the results again, I'm only doing 40 minutes though. I'm not supposed to hang on weekends but I think I'll do just a little manuel stretching throughout the day especially bathroom breaks.

So yesterday I did some light stretching and I was supposed to do girth but decided to go at it ealier today. I'll still do it tomorrow because my weekday sessions are late so I'll get almost day and a half rest from girth.

I planned on only going 40 minutes with the dld [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth buster but I couldn't resist myself and went 50 minutes again. I measured at 40 and had 3/4" gain and gained an extra 1/8" with the next 10 minutes. so a 7/8" temp girth gain altogether

I didn't get the insane expansion/blood busting out of my cock feeling that I got from the 1 1/4" inch gain session last time. But I'll take 7/8" every time. I also have a clamp on right now to keep the expansion going longer.

With the repeated temp gains you are seeing your girth will soon explode permanently. The penis can only take so much expansion until it has to grow to conform.

That's exactly what I want to hear! Logging everything that I do really helps me keep on track and consistent unlike my past attempts of Penis Enlargement.

I did some Blue Whale stretches right after I got done lifting today and I felt some mean burn. It was definitely one of the best burn/stretch I've ever felt. I'm guessing because I was still hot and sweating my balls off from working out that it warmed and loosened everything up.

I also hung for 1 hour and 5 minutes. My hanger pretty much sucks but it will have to do because I can't afford anything right now.

Well, I attempted to do some blue whale stretches but my dong was too sore from last nights girth blaster sesion. I was however able to hang for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Hanging didn't bother me, it was the bundling movement that stopped me from doing the blue whale stretch.

My flaccid hang and girth have increased a shit ton from only doing this for a week so far. I haven't decided when I'm going to measure, but probably around the end of May/the 2 month mark.

Tomorrow will be length and girth. It will be a busy day. Work, then working out, and UFC is on, I love it and can't miss it. I'll hang during it, but I'll have to do girth after because there's no way I can watch guys fighting and focus on going to war with my cock.

This ones for yesterday, I didn't have time to get on here. I got 45 minutes of hanging in. I could really feel it stretch and it was a little painful at times. The inner penis and the ligs both felt like they had been stretched for hours. A couple of hours before I hung, I did some blue whale stretches and it felt like I could just keep pulling and pulling. It was like a tight rubber band but it just kept giving. I'm not quite sure why I feel these stretches now, because before I started hanging and doing the dld [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth busters, I would do the blue whale stretches and almost feel nothing. So it could be that everything is getting loose and weak, but I'm not sure.

I did girth last night for 40 minutes and got 3/4" gain with less fluid ever since I've started this. So it seems like 3/4" is standard gain for me in 40 minutes. It was a long day so I didn't go any longer.

When I get time tonight, I'm going to see what some other big girth gainers do as far as days on and off for girth. I think I saw Redzulu do either 1 on 2 off, or 1 on 3 off, not sure.

I did hang for about 47 minutes today. I'm contemplating switching to manual stretches instead of hanging because my hanger sucks and I have more control over it. I get to the 30 minute mark in hanging and I start to get sharp pains in the inner penis. I do rest every 10 minutes. I know that both methods will produce gains if I'm consistent with it. I just need to set aside pre-planned time to do it. If i do decide to switch I'll either go with Opa's routine or since I'm a paid member of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] I'll look up the Phase 1 or 2 lenght routine.

I've decided to make my 1st measuring day May 16th, this will be the 2 month mark on my new routine. My goal for the year is 8x6. My short term goal is gaining an average of about 1/8" a month in length and 1/8" every 6 weeks for girth, which would reach my 8x6 goal by Dec 31st.

So by May 16th I WILL have a gain of 1/4" in length and between 1/8"-1/4" in girth. May 16th I WILL be 6 7/8" x 5 1/2"ish :)

I didn't do my girth routine yesterday because it was a long day, so I did it today for 50 minutes and got a 7/8" girth gain. I''ve noticed today whille doing it that by the second set in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], it hurt alot more than usual when I pump when in it and especially when I'm finished with a set and pulling out. The ridges on the pumping part pinch my dick. It's a definite sign of girth gain while in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Also, I'm always above the 200mm mark when at max now. If there were a 210 or 215mm mark I would be there, so my tip is just below the pressure pin release. I got very minimal manual stretching in yesterday and only 10 minutes of manual stretching today. I'll try to get more manuals in today. i'm not going to hang after a girth session, my dick is still blown up.

I also have a cable clamp on right now to keep the expansion longer. I want to find an adjustable cock ring so I don't have this big clamp on.

I got a little fluid build up doing girth today, but compared to when I've dry pumped a couple of years ago, its ain't shit. Dry pumping made my dick look like a bunch of marsHydromaxellows.

Ok, I didn't do anything on sunday because I was in bed sick all day, some kind of stomach virus. I did do length and girth yesterday but couldn't put it in the site because my internet was down. So this is for yesterday the 5th.

I hung for 1 hour and 10 minutes, going straight down, to the left, right, sd, left, right, and sd for 10 minutes each.

I can't write much since I have to leave for work soon. I wasn't going to hang today because I wasn't feeling to well again tonight, but I decided too. I went with short time and heavy weights to shorten my session up. I've only been hanging for roughly 2 weeks and I know your supposed to ease into increasing weight when hanging, but I would stop if I had problems.

I usually hang 10 pounds for around and hour. Tonight I hung 15 pounds for the first minute and 20 seconds, then 10 pounds for 10 minutes, then back to 15 pounds for 8 minutes and 40 seconds. So a very nice 20 minute hanging session that produced very good intensity! The whole time I had the 15 pounds on, the intensity was incredible. I read the thread in the hanging section about the 20 minutes hanging sessions with heavy weights, and I really like the concept. i will most likely have these heavy weight, short time hanging sessions from now on.

I did about 100 jelqs after hanging. I want to start incorporating jelqs into my workouts throughout the day because they are great for overall [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words]. I wil do them when showering, before, and after hanging, and before girth workouts.

I was also reading about restricted boa's for head expansion and I really need these because my gland is small compared to my shaft. I'll start experimenting with these as well

Tonight I hung for a total of 22 minutes and Blue Whale stretches for 8 minutes immediately following. I started with 15 pounds for the first 10 minutes taking breaks when needed, and followed it up with 12 straight minutes with 10 pounds. The 15 pounds was intense again. So my lenght routine was for 30 minutes.

About 10 minutes after my length session I did my girth routine. I did the dld [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters for 40 minutes with a 5/8" temp girth gain. Not my best session doing these, i wasn't really feeling it, and my lenght in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was below normal. Not sure what was going on there but 5/8" is still good enough for me.

I performed jelqs twice today, once in the shower and before my girth session. Not sure how many I did, I'm guessing around 200-300. I forgot about experimenting with the boa constrictors today. I'll have to try to remembere for Saturday's girth.

Today was length day. I did a total of 30 minutes, which included 21 minutes of heavy hanging and 9 minutes of blue whale stretches. This time all 21 minutes was done with 15 pounds. It was hard as hell to get a comfortable fit with my hanger. I'm going to try to get 10-15 minutes of heavy hanging in when I wake up in addition to my late workouts which I always do around 10pm-12. I also jelqed 3 different times today in shower, before length and after length routine.

I also went to an adult store and bought an adjustable cock ring today. I was hesitant at firt because on the packaging of the ring was a guy nakes having his back turned and he was looking over his shoulder....pretty gay. I got over it though because the employee working there was cute and was wearing a little silk dress...mmm...mmm, I might have to make another stop by there for something else soon:)

It was a real nice length day. I also did jelqs in shower, before length, and after length. I think that doing jelqs after my length routine really polishes off the workout perfectly.

I planned on going for 50 minutes of girth today but I went out tonight so I only got 30 minutes in. I did a total of 35 minutes of length exercises today. The first 20 minutes straight with no rest I hung 15 pounds SO, then a little later I hung 5 pounds BTC for 15 minutes. I jelqed twice today before and after my length routine.

When I was hanging less weight for longer time and I didn't jelq before and after, my dick would feel like a noodle and was thinner after my hanger routine. Now with the heavier weight and shorter sessions and jelqing before I begin, when I'm done hanging my dick is thick and long and even with a little manual tug I feel the effects of the hanging. So I found that the jelqing and heavy weight hanging is better for me and I'm getting betterr at wrapping.

Length was 30 minutes total. 20 minutes hanging SO with 15 pounds and 10 minutes hanging BTC with 5 pounds. I'm going to increase BTC weight by 1 pound if I can find the weight. Ever since I started hanging heavier, my cock has been sore whenever I grab it and pull out easily. I haven't taken any time off because it doesn't bother me once the full 15 pounds is hanging.

Length. Today I did a total of 30 minutes of length exercises. 10 minutes of hanging 15 pounds SO, 10 minutes of hanging 5 pounds BTC, and 10 minutes of Blue Whale stretches. I jelqed ealier in the day and after my length routine, probably about 300 total jelques.

I'm going to try to add more time to my length routines. The way I want to do it is split it up in 2 sessions a day. 1 sessioin when I wake up and one during the usual late night session. I usually get 30 minutes in per day, so if I can add another 10-30 minutes on top of that in the morning I will be happy. My goal is 40-60 minutes of length a day 5-6 days a week.

My original measure date was to be at the 8 weeks mark, but I was thinking that 2 months would be better, which would make it 1 week later than the original date. we'll see, but measuring every 2 months would probably be better, maybe even 3 months.

For length I did a total of 30 minutes including 20 minutes of hanging 15 pounds SO and 10 minutes of hanging BTC. I had a really good wrap on allowing me to do the 15 pounds for 20 minutes straight, no rest. I definitely need to move up a bit in weight from the 5 pounds BTC.

This was Fridays workout, but I'm writing this on Saturday, so on the weekends I was supposed to rest for the 5 days on 2 of length routine and do light stretching on the weekends, but I might play arounds with heavier weight hanging, maybe not the full 30 minutes or I might just do light stretches, we'll see.

It's been almost 3 weeks since I started my routine and it seems like its been months since I do it almost everyday. I know that me being consistent will payoff in the end and I'll get my 8x6 cock. I did a total of 20 minutes of length today. It was just a "test" day, I was supposed to rest but I wanted to try new weighs out. I hung 17.5 pounds for 2 minutes SO, 7.5 pounds BTC for 10 minutes, 1 minute of the A-stretch, and 7 minutes of blue whale stretches.

The 17.5 pounds will require some very good wrapping because it slipped very quickly. I'll rotate this weight in whenever I can Hanging 7.5 pounds BTC was pretty good so I will use the weight from now on during regular sessions. Blue Whale stretches were awesome, they will definitely have to be added to my everyday workout.

I did 40 minutes of length today. 20 minutes hanging 15 pounds SO, 15 minutes hanging 7.5 pounds BTC, and 5 minutes of blue whale stretches. I jelqed 150 before and 150 after session. I never mention this but before I jelq, I always pour hot water on my penis for a couple of minutes then jelq then more hot water for about 1 minute just to loosen things up then length exercises, then hot water, jelq, hot water, done.

The session didn't start out well, I don't know why but I didn't feel the "squash" feeling as much, but the last 2 sets I started feeling it better. On a side note, I wanted to put it out there that I started lifting again in January after being off for 4 months. So from January until now I've gained 26 pounds almost all of it in muscle. All of my lifts have increased every week, so I've gone from 180 pounds to 206 in about 14 weeks, it's pretty amazing to me. The only thing I'm taking is protein before and after workout and I'm cycling creatine, taking it after my workouts. 3 times a week for 45-60 miniutes each session. I'm lifting heavy weight between 5-7 reps, low volume.

I increased the BTC weight from 7.5 to 10 pounds, it was intense, so intense that at first I wasn't sure I could handle it, but after a minute got used to it. I also bought a tightener for my captains wrench, instead of using a cable clamp. It's something for pipes, its metal, rounds, and you tighten it with screwdriver as is closes, I just forget the name of it. I worked sooo much better, I had no slippage at all while hanging, I love it. I also didn't do jelqs before hanging because it engorges my penis so when I hang the blood is trapped aat the end making it painful, even when I squeeze it out. Not jelqing before seems to fix that. I still like to jelq after hanging just to get the blood circulating again.

When are you taking your next measurements? Im very anxious to see what kind of gains you are going to make after reading that you are having such huge and consistent temp gains. After consistently gaining near an inch or more every other day you must have made some descent permanent gains. I'm anxious myself to measure, but my first measuring will be Monday May 24, about 2 months from start, this will give me 3 days rest between my girth workout, so my temp girth expansion will definitely be gone. As far as doing dld [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters everyday, I haven't tried it because I still have expansion the following day after sessions. I think rest is good for girth and I've only been going 3 days a weeks with girth, usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I guess we'll find out in 3 weeks if it payed off (it will for sure:))
 
Sounds good, Im sure you will have added quite a bit of girth by then. If DLD added .5'' in three months then i bet you did. I just got an email that mine was shipped today i cant wait to get this started.
