I will admit that i feel a lot more motivated when other guys post here. My gains have slowed down due to a lack of motivation.

I did a set of minute long holds today. Damn! I could feel it all the way to my toes. I think it's making me have a prostate orgasm.

Tonight, I had sex with my girl. Damn she's hot. I started to come and I just held it in for a good minute. Afterwards I stayed fairly puffed for a long time and just left it in her. Kegels really do help a guy have better sex.

Well... I think that the kegels are causing me to have hugely prolonged orgasms. There's nothing else that could be causing it.
 
Im back at it. My flaccid size is past what it was previously and my erect length/girth seem to be improving. Gettin crazy morning wood again too.

I started doin PC work everyday. This routine one day, then something lighter the next. Maybe 5 days on, 2 off. It seems to be working pretty well.
 
if it is working well then keep it up. Remember if you train a muscle with the same intensity all the time it will not increase in size.
 
Man, I have only been doing enough to maintain my PFM strength. I've got to up my exercising!
 
The kegels are working great for me. I'm getting morning wood, which I had not been getting, probably because of all the stretching I was doing. My orgasms are definitely longer now. Sup bro's it's been a while since i've posted on here, sry about skipping out on the support group i fell into like a 2 week slump but im back at it...I'm going 2 switch up my Kegel routine that i posted on my "sticking to it" thread a couple days agao b/c i dont feel like its as effective as the old routine that i posted on here (have 2 go search 4 it)...When i was on that routine i was getting crazy morning wood like Longhorn and 11x7

As I've said before, I really just like to be there for whoever wants it. Lrts keep going guys. I've actually had some increase in PFM strength wile kegaling hard every other 3 or 4 days which I'm very happy about. I'm shooting long thick loads and my orgasms are so good! I really hope to get some more consistency going.

I think part of my problem is that it takes for ever for my muscles to fatigue now because they are strong! Good\Bad.
