There can always be up to a 1/4" loss in size because of erection strength. You may be so preoccupied with why that it is causing this slight reduction in erection strength. Perhaps your pc muscles are overworked and need a small rest.

you may have measured inconsistently or had a different erection level. That is the most likely reason.

I do 20 minutes of 1 minute kegel 1 minute reverse kegel on my way to work. About 300 2 second kegels on my way home. At night I do 50 kegels but instead of 5 seconds I start @ 8 and work my way to 12 seconds. 10 each and then I hold one long one for as long as I can. I do that M-F and on the weekend I mostly just do the evening routine or take a break.

I know for a fact that i would overtrain my PFM's doing this, it would just be too intense for me to do that every day.
 
My orgasms are incredible now! after I ejaculate my dick stays hard for MINIUTES afterwards! I am very happy and will continue to do this routine until i feel i need something more intense. I also feel that i have better controll over my ejaculation.

I have worked my way up to this over the last 2 months. Could barely do them when I started. Now I concentrate on squeezing harder each time. I have leveled off and not really adding to the routine anymore.

I do have harder erections and can shoot farther.

I can say after starting these I can hold a kegal much longer/harder.

Before, I would often lose it after 10 seconds or so. I could feel my PC muscle fighting against the flex :)

Now, it has no chance :)

I'm kind of freaked out now though. I had a girl over the last couple nights (who happens to be my idea of near physical perfection) and I could barely keep it up. Then when I finally did get it up it was really difficult to keep from ejaculating. When I did manage to keep from ejaculating I ended up just shutting down the erection, and I went soft in her. She was super cool about it, so I never really felt 'humiliated' or anything. I don't know what's wrong, I think it's entirely psychological, which is almost scarier. I ... just don't know what to do... or think about this...

What's the point? WHERE IS MY POINT!? AAGH. I've done everything right, or so I thought, and now this... >:(

I suggest taking four or five days off of all PFM work. You've over trained your PFMs, I did it about three weeks ago. This routine is designed to work only every other day, and not any more. Once you start doing this routine more than every other day, the problem that you are having occurs. It's all good bro, you'll be fine in a few days.

Well I am not completely consistent about it. I do them throughout the day whenever I think of it.

Finally started adding reverse kegels too.

Damn, the first week my Pc was so tired I actually had trouble having an erection. Now it's fine though.

Those reverse kegels gave me the weirdest feeling today. I felt like I must be having menstrual cramps LOL. Seriously the whole area in my lower abdomen ached. I pity women now. Damn it hurt.
 
Dudes, I missed another day, I got side tracked and forgot, other than that I'm still consistent. How about you guys? Lets not give up guys!
 
I've been doing mine. A day of rest as with any work out is a good thing. You can't over do it. When I did my dick just shrank and hid. LOL

I've hit a point where I don't suffer that OMG I think I'm dying feeling when I old a long kegel. I actually do the kegels whenever I think of them during the day and I end up doing them a lot this way.
