Good idea, Banana Man! I'm in. I kegel and reverse kegel regularly when I am stretching, but I haven't been doing the kegels this religously since I first started and my woodies have been dropping a bit. I want them back up at eleven o'clock.

pretty much just did 2 second kegels all day long. i did a few where i held them 1-2 minutes, but i just consistently did quick ones
 
Weird, maybe i will just never get that muscle burn down there. It really feels like it needs a rest tommorow, I did the routine plus more today. It just feels tired, not sore.

I try to do them whenever. Sometimes a few a day sometimes less. Long barely can keep it going kegel followed by the short bursts.
 
Years ago my buddy worked on a welding gang for the railroad. It was called a "Steel erection gang" Our PFMT bunch has to be the SEG if there ever was one.

The funny thing is that they even got shirts from the company that said that on it. I always wanted to get one of those.

Yes yes I need this! I keep forgetting about kegals and they're so important. Add one more to the list. I will squeeze until I turn blue and pass out ... in class.

It might give the wrong impression:) I picture a gang of guys hanging out with erections.
