Good stuff dude! I'll help you stay on track! I found that this routine can be done every day and not every other day as stated in the original post. I've really found that while im driving i can squeeze my "PFM" without as much power but i can hold it for a LONG time and get Incredible burn! Give it a try dudes!

Also when I pee I start and stop the pee, I think that really helps to find your reverse-kegal, as well as the regular kegal.

Every time you pee is a good opportunity to get a few Kegels and Reverse Kegels in.
