Hi, I'm MikeShlort, and I have a small penis. But I won't always. Here's why I think some guys just aren't gaining.

It's simple: Masturbating! And edging.
My penis is lazy, and weak. When I masturbate and ejaculate, it shrinks, becomes tight, harder to stretch, doesn't stretch as far, has a smaller flaccid length, it turtles up. Even after I edge, it shrivels up and does not stretch out as far as before I started edging.
I think a lot of men may have a penis like that too. I know tons of guys here have gotten gains from edging and can jerk off whenever they want, but I think some guys just can't! I know I can't. Here's some facts about my troubles.

I've been doing Penis Enlargement every day since September 26, 2011. I've gained hardly any length, and very little girth (.4"). And the reason why, is because I'd train good for two-three weeks, then wack off a bunch of times and my penis would lose all the gains! And it would take me days to recover back to that nice "jelly state" where the gains start coming in.

When I don't jerk off or edge, my balls hang loose, my penis hangs loose and girthy and ready to spring up in an instant. But when I do edge or masturbate to ejaculation, I loose that state for days. It's the coveted "jelly state", where your penis is soft, stretchy, the dorsal ligament is not firm but like jelly, the penis looks engorged a lot of the day, everything is "long, loose and full of juice". King Snake has been trying products to keep him in that "jelly state", from reading his thread. Basically having a big flaccid hang throughout the day. This is what we want. Ask Fedora. That man has gained, and he's the one that used the term "jelly state". Maybe these guys benefit from edging though, but I don't! And maybe you don't.

If I were to take my "jelly state" flaccid penis right now and measure it bone pressed, I would be nearly 8.75". If I jerked off right now and then tried to measure, I'd be lucky to get to 8.5, and I'd really have to pull. My ligs would be tight. My penis would be thin and wiry. I would feel it stop dead when I pulled out as far as I could get it, not as if there is still room to stretch, like how it feels in the jelly state. Same with when I edge. Even if I happen to look at ���� and pump away for 5 min, I just fucked myself and tightened everything and now my workout will be shit. I don't even have to cum to ruin it.

I even have a bit of proof. On April 13th, I measured 8" BPFSL. I made a very diligent effort to not jerk off again, and although I did a few times because my libido got the best of me, I still kept an honest effort not to. Then I measured a week ago and I am at 8.6" BPFSL. I have not ejaculated in 4 weeks, I have edged a few times (which I regret) but I don't think it's quite as bad as cumming. And I am in that jelly state a lot of the time. Especially after I slap on my extender. It puts me in that state. And when I do a length workout in that state, I feel longer than ever. And the jelqing is great too.

Basically, for me edging and cumming puts me into over training mode. If I over train now from Penis Enlargement, I can't get a hard on, I'm tight, wiry, can't stretch as far, etc.. But if I get it right and do just the right amout of Penis Enlargement in a day, I'll wake up 4 times a night with a raging hard on that is engorged, feels like it weighs a ton and is still squishy, as if it is saying "I have room to grow". I've heard that this is what you want, night time hard ons encourage growth. This is the gain zone that you want. These are the body clues. Wacking off kills all body clues and puts a lock down on my gain zone.

I know it's not very realistic to never cum again, but I figure fuck it, I don't feel I deserve a woman until my penis is larger anyways, I may as well do this shit right. So I'll walk around incredibly horny each day with swollen balls. Small price to pay for gaining.

So if you're not gaining and can't figure out why, try not edging or masturbating! Stop watching ����! It desensitizes you anyways. Next time you have an erection, just look at it and give it a thumbs up and say "Not today, pal. I'm saving you for the real thing". If you have a girlfriend, I don't suggest stopping sex. Just deal with slower gains. This is if you're like me. Most guys are lucky to have strong penises, not a one shot musket like mine. And I can still get erections after ejaculating, they just aren't like the first one. I think you need to be a full capacity to gain anything. Keep in mind I practiced Penis Enlargement religiously each day for months and it seems like each time I jerked off, my gains were spat out in the Kleenex along with my load. What a shame.

Well I agree with you but if you're anywhere close to 9" any day of you life and you think you are small I think it's time to seek mental assistance. lol

I was gaining really well until I started jerking off and then I lost 1/4 inch. I've had to forget about jelqing because I always end up wanting to orgasm.

I'm going to take a month off and see what happens, I also notice that I feel better when I have not had an orgasm in 3 days.

My personal record is 3 weeks, I'm going for 4.

BTW longest I went was two months but then I wacked off a bunch and stopped gaining, this was when I was doing girth. Although I did keep the girth I gained in that time, still, I could have had more. Masturbation just kills gaining for me. Kind of annoying, but what can ya do. Maybe I'll be lucky and get a wet dream here and there.

Maybe you just need to lose some weight/fat pad.

I know ejaculation causes T levels to plunge probably at a time when you would need them the most.

Those of us with borderline T levels will probably put us too low to gain possibly.
 
I used to think like this, then I realized jerking off doesn't make a difference.
Everyones different tho, but I have to say, goin that long without jizzing is not good for you. It can cause prostate issues.
 
After you ejaculate, strap into the SG at the max tension level or as high as you can stand it. I heard DLD say that the penis is more malleable (sp?) after you ejaculate, it helps me and maybe it might help you too.
My fiance gets pissed all the way off after we have sex because as soon as I'm done, I'm strapping up.

If you jerk off then you loose motivation. Thus you skip exercises. At least thats how it goes with me.
Infact when I jerked off my dick is even more pliable and it feels like its full of nutrients. Tough, after jerking off I have no interest in my dick.

Interesting post, I have no idea if masturbating affects gains or not, for me it seems to be fine. My only rule is to make sure my girth work outs are done to a high level before I do. Straight after I cum, I do some fast hard kegals and put a clamp on for 5-10 mins to keep it pumped.

There was a fantastic post I read recently from a member who seemed to be extremely smart in this area, I will try and find it.
 
It is true that if you are cumming multiple times a day that your test levels and other erection producing hormones become depleted. Edging on the other hand should not cause any kind of depletion. If anything, edging does the opposite. Edging helps supply your penis with fresh oxgenated hormone inriched blood. Make sure that when you edge, you only use a light grip and only jerk your dick lightly until you reach the point of cumming then stop just before the point of no return . After you stop, take a second and do it again but never cum. Make sure you're not jerking your dick with a tight kongfu grip because that will wear it out for sure. Also make sure you're suppliment with the right supplements to help your Penis Enlargement journey. If you completely lose interest in your dick or sex after only cumming 1 time then you may want to get your test levels checked to make sure you're body isn't low on any important bio chemicals. No. I'm saying that is the case for me. Since it is the case for me, I'm inclined to believe that may be the case for other men as well, probably not the majority. It's just a theory I'm suggesting to people who do everything right with Penis Enlargement and still can't seem to gain. Something worth trying out if you are having trouble gaining.

Thanks for the advice snake. I had my test levels checked last year, they are normal. I think it could be from years of hard drug use why my penis is kinda weak. I will definitely check into the primrose oil and Paba. I take lots of vitamin E and I notice that it makes my semen production increase. I do tend to jerk off hard and rough, that could be why edging is messing me up. I think I'll still substitute edging with jelqing and squeezes though for now so I can start gaining. I really relate to this, i'm doing the experiment of quitting ���� and no masturbation, and i'm horny all the time, but also very motivated to Penis Enlargement. I also feel at least for the Bathmate that a session after ejaculation is not as productive.

I also remember reading somewhere that no masturbation gave bigger gains, but i also think that everyone as a different reaction, and go by that. The same about rest time, some seem to push it through nicely, others do better with mixed rest days, i'm the latter.

But i'm still new to all this, so things might change for me in a couple of months.
