Hey thanks a ton for all your help. I've never had it explained to me this well.
Do you mind if I ask you another question on here? I think your responses can be very useful to myself as well as others.
I wanted to ask you, do you think it is beneficial to wear an extender after hanging?
Also, do you think it's beneficial to do manual stretching before, after, or before and after hanging? I seem to be a tad longer (maybe .15") after a good manual stretching session, so would that be beneficial to incorporate with hanging? I was already going in the direction of hanging in the future, but I will likely start it in a month from now given that you and others who have figured out how to gain have suggested it to me.
My idea was that doing a 10-15 min manual stretch session, then a 10-20 min hanging session (gradually building up time/weight each day), then another 10-15 min manual session (maybe some DLD blasters and stretches) after the hanging, then slap on the extender for two hours. Would that be a good routine or would you suggest just hanging itself with no extender? I am also going to buy a length master because I believe I can gain another .25"-.5" of BPFSL doing basic manual stretching if I had the ability to pull as hard as I could with the added help of LM.
Let me know what you think.
ANd thanks again for all your useful information!

"I wanted to ask you, do you think it is beneficial to wear an extender after hanging?"

I do not wear an extender anymore, I only hang. Would it be beneficial? I guess it can be, but if you want my honest opinion, it is not necessary. If you are hanging 2-3 hours per day, especially when you reach heavier weights, your entire shaft will be sore. Hanging is ENOUGH; it attacks everything. You don't need any other devices. If you want to use an extender you can, but again, I don't believe it is necessary. Hang your sets in the morning, spend a few hours before work (get up early), and that is it! No more Penis Enlargement until the next morning of any kind.

"Also, do you think it's beneficial to do manual stretching before, after, or before and after hanging? I seem to be a tad longer (maybe .15") after a good manual stretching session, so would that be beneficial to incorporate with hanging?"

Again, you can do other forms of Penis Enlargement if you want to, but the beauty of hanging is that IT IS ALL YOU NEED. Why would you want to pull on your dick for an hour before you HANG for three hours? Hanging is many times more effective than manuals, so doing manuals before or after is really just a waste of time. I never do it.

If you are hanging, there is no reason to manually stretch or wear an extender. It's redundant. The amount of fatigue you will experience during hanging is much greater than any fatigue you will experience doing manuals or wearing an extender. I don't know what else to say except that there is no good reason to do it.

If you are benching 300 pounds at the gym, would you start benching 50 pounds on your first set before doing 300 pounds? Do you think that would help you in any way? Pointless, isn't it? All that will do is get you warmed up, but as far as making gains, it does nothing. It is the same for manual stretching vs. hanging. If you are doing the more intense one, no reason to incorporate the inferior one ... might as well just hang an extra set if you have the time, rather than pulling on it with your hand.

Thanks for all the gems you're giving me, very very useful stuff. I was thinking that the manuals would be more like a warm up, as I find when I do lift that when I do lighter weight and build up, it seems to tear the muscle more completely and I'm getting best of both worlds with lower weight/more reps then moving to heavier weights/less reps. That was basically my idea.

As far as wearing the extender, I would only use it so I can heal in that extended state after hanging, just so I don't turtle up during the day, whcih I am prone to. What is your take on having the penis extended so you can heal in an extended state after hanging weights?

Turtling DOES NOT affect gains whatsoever. In fact, turtling is what you want because it means that you've created deformation, i.e, micro tears. When that happens, the body automatically tries to repair the damage, and that is why the penis retracts. So if you are turtling, it means you are doing it right, and deforming collagenous tissue. That is great!

Now,"healing in the extended state" is not really necessary. A lot of people believe that this is the "key" to gaining quicker, but it is not true. It is just very time consuming, and doesn't really produce results, as far as I know. I'll explain why. Let's say you are hanging 6 sets per day, for example. The first ten minutes or so of the first set you hang in the morning, will pull out the adhesions from the previous hanging session. After those adhesions have been pulled out, you then continue to make further deformations in subsequent sets. So you do not have to try and prevent it from retracting for hours and hours every day, because after the first ten minutes of hanging, all previous micro damage will be pulled out again, and you will continue to create more deformations in the rest of your sets. I hope you can see now that an ADS is nothing but a waste of time and energy. You can wear one for ten hours a day in discomfort if you choose, and gain very little, or you can do it properly and HANG for a few hours a day. You've wasted 10 months. Don't waste anymore.

If you have any more questions, ask.

Good luck.

Okay. My main reason for waiting to hang is I consider it an advanced exercise and I wanted to gain the maximum from beginner exercises before I moved onto that.
I fear that I will start hanging, gain a .5", then plateau and no matter how much more weight I put on, that's it, I'm not gaining any more. You know what I'm saying? And also, I'm afriad that hanging is so intense, that once I plateau from hanging, I won't be able to gain from other stuff like manuals or other exercises because I'm already too toughened up from hanging.
Maybe a break in between would fix this? Maybe it doesn't work like that, maybe if I start seeing plateaus from hanging, I could take a month break, then start up manuals and other exercises and still gain from those?
You said you gained 2" from hanging. Did you ever plateau? Or did you find that as you increase weight + time, the gains stayed steady?
I'm definitely not opposed to it, it's just that I need 1.5" at least of EL and I don't want to blow all my possible gaining on 1 exercise and then I'm stuck.

Everybody plateaus when doing Penis Enlargement. The only way to break through the plateau is to gradually increase stress levels, such as adding more sets and/or weight. If you are consistent, your ligs will eventually give in, and you will gain. I'm not going to lie and say it is easy, because it isn't. But if you want a bigger penis, you're going to have to break through many plateaus.

You don't have to be afraid of hanging being "too intense". It's not like you're going to strap on twenty pounds like first time and tear off your shirt like the incredible hulk. You start at very low weights, 3-5lbs, and you gradually work your way up in sets and then in weight. In the beginning, it won't be as intense as manuals but, believe me, when you hit 10-15lbs, you're going to understand what I'm talking about. The point is not to suffer, but to gradually increase stress levels that bring on fatigue, and reduce the weight when your body tells you to, and ride the fatigue. That is basically what you have to train yourself to do, every single day.

A break is never a good idea when doing any kind of Penis Enlargement. DLD didn't take breaks, Bigger didn't take breaks. All the big gainers didn't take breaks. You have to hit the target tissues every single day, otherwise they will heal and get stronger, and that is what will make your life miserable. If you're going to Penis Enlargement, the key to gains is consistency and dedication. Taking a break from hanging to do manuals is just a bad idea, especially if you've hit a plateau, because, as I have already explained, hanging is much more intense than manual exercises, so replacing hanging with manuals is like demoting yourself. If you've plateaued, it would be much more exhausting to break through it with manuals than it would with hanging.

Technically I gained 1.75" from hanging. It is probably 2" now, but I don't know yet, haven't measured. And of course I've plateaued. Twice actually. I broke through a plateau several months ago after 10 weeks of no significant gains. But I kept at it. Since then I've gained a third of an inch in EL. The key is consistency, no matter what.

If you don't want to hang, or are too scared to hang, that is your choice. But I can tell you that it is actually safer than doing manuals, because of the fact that the force at which you're using is known, whereas in manuals, it is not known. One time, a long time ago, I was doing DLD blasters, and I was going at it with all my might. I ended up injuring myself, bled out of my urethra, and stopped doing them. The glans of my penis were just too damn sore. It was just not practical for me. Very time consuming, painful, injuries, etc. I hated doing manual stretching. Hanging requires no energy, which is another reason why I prefer it.

Anyway, sorry about the long rant, but I just wanted you to know about hanging. I hope you look into it. If you choose not to do it, then best of luck with manuals + extender + whatever else you do.

Best of luck!

I appreciate the detail you explain things.
Yes of course I will look into it. I've been interested for months but was under the impression that it was too advanced for me. I'm going to continue with my modified "gain 1 inch in 12 weeks program" for another month and check my BPFSL. Then I will go from there.

What did you do to break through the plateau? You just kept at it, gradually adding more weight and intensity?
You said you use a bib hanger, right? Any other devices or just the bib hanger?

Thanks a lot, I think your advice will hopefulyl help me and many others that visit this thread.

I only used the Bib Hanger. It is brilliantly designed, and can hold more weight than any other hanger on the market. If you're going to hang, I strongly recommend you purchase a Bib. It is known to be the best hanger, by far.

As for breaking through the plateau, yes, I added more stress. That is the only way to do it.

What are your thoughts on rest days?
Did you use rest days for your gaining, and how were they utilized?
What is an example of a good hanging routine?
When do I know i need to up the weight? When it stops being sore the next day?
Do you believe it is beneficial to hang when you are sore or do you think it is best to hang when you are feeling rested and in that "jelly state", where you have a stretchy flaccid and can get a good EQ easily?
Once all my gains are made from hanging downwards, is that the time to start hanging in the straight out and straight up positions?

Sorry about all the questions, I just want to get an idea of the theory behind this, as I can't seem to figure out how to gain with all my efforts.

Thanks a lot! I think this will really help me and hopefully others
