i tried this exercise before and couldn't figure it out, but i've got a better understanding now and i'm gonna try it. thanks for keeping this thread alive because i see great potential for this simple stretch
 
ok, so i keep trying, and just can't get the lig hook. from the left side, hooking with the right, i think i got it once because i felt a crazy burn. then i got another smaller burn after trying again, but other than that, i don't get anything. i'm not even sure it was my lig that was burning, i just know it was near the base of my dick
 
Try the stretch I made and if that fails that do or try before mine dlds squat behind the cheek rotary. All three work on the same theory directly hitting the ligaments.

i did the rotaries too and couldn't feel anything! what, am i the only person without ligs in my dick? hahahaha
and i don't have a power assist, so your exercise isn't doable (reading your posts is the only thing that's ever made me wanna get a PA)
 
I should be on commision than ay! lol a MOS sales person. Seriously it just takes time to figure it out. I would try the blasters than and learn the reverse kegel because when you stretch the ligs and do that, you'll feel an almighty burn if your really isolating them.

i thought i was the only person! none of the supposed lig exercises are workin right for me. i really wanna figure them out so i can try this new routine i've come up with
 
When I grab trying to hook the ligs I end up hitting something that feels real thick like a chord. I can put 2 fingers and I try to pull my unit backwards in the opposite direction but the chord is so strong that my fingers can't hold it.

What is this chord? (Please don't say A flat lol) Is this the ligs I'm looking for or is it something else?

When I try to hook ligs directly behind the base as shown by the pics I'm not real sure if I'm hitting ligs or if I'm just pulling on the skin.

Sounds like you got the ligament, its like a very strong cord and doesnt want to be pulled.
 
Thanks Redzulu for your answer. I'm halfway afraid of pulling too hard because it's kinda popped a couple of times and I'm like whoa I don't want to hurt myself.

But now that I know for sure I'll just keep at it. Your answer has given me renewed confidence.

Interestingly I tried an A stretch after my workout and the same ligs get stretched out over the wrist (fulcrum).
 
can someone please make a video or pictures from this, i still dont understand "hooking the ligament" part.

I been too caight up in life and clamping to know whats going on with this. Anyone got any good gains from this exercise?
 
Hurt my hand doing this stretch and it took 3 days to heal up. Man those ligs are TOUGH!
But thanks to md680498 I started using a drumstick and I like it. Just takes a bit of getting used to.
 
Can someone confirm this, i have tried this exercise and i`m not sure if this is the ligament i am streching.

Are ligs like a slim tube or cable on right side which is kinda curved and goes into penis. And what i did i grabbed this cable in the midle and pulled it away with left hand, is this the right way to do it? I had a strange feeling there after exercise, not sure if this was pain.
 
sounds like the chord of ligament that houses the spermatic cord and nerves, don't stretch it, just let fall under your grip or hook the stretch to the inside of the cord.

Now I'm thoroughly confused. I thought that was the lig we were supposed to stretch.
