I find it more of hooking the ligs that are inside of the fat pad. If you go deeper towards the body you will feel the cord. Then just the inside face of the cord and stretch.
 
i`m really confused too now, can someone explain what and how we need to streech, i thought this was it.

Thanks for your reply longstretch I appreciate it.

So if I feel this cord I am going too deep and I need to adjust my grip up more towards the base of my penis much like near the area where we measure bone pressed?

Or am I to feel the cord and rather than stretch that I need to adjust my fingers to go inside of it to avoid messing with it altogether?
 
2nd option I wouldn't mess with the cord. I felt weird sensations when trying to stretch with it so I stopped. I then found some anatomy illustrations of the frontal view of the pelvis and my suspicions are correct this is the spermatic cord which houses arteries, nerves, lymph vessels and the vas deferens.

Nah man don't mess with the cord. Read post #s 103 and 104. I still think this is a really good stretch as it really "targets" the ligs. Just don't make yourself infertile by stretching the spermatic cord.
 
hey everyone, i've been really trying to do this stretch but i really need help locating my ligaments and how to pull them. When i lift up my leg and stretch my penis behind my butt, i feel a cord before i could reach my ligaments. This cord is connected from my pelvic bone to my penis... i can feel 2 cords, one on the right side and one on the left side. Is this the cord i'm suppose to be pulling? It feels as though it will rip off from the right side of my penis and i can feel the stress when pulling.

It seems i cant get around this cord to hit the ligaments. Blue Whale says it is easy to hook the ligament....and this cord is very easy to find, as soon as i lift my leg and pull my penis backwards... so is this the right one to pull?

would help a bunch... i feel all sorts of things and not sure which im suppose to be tugging
 
Sounnds to me that this 'cord' is your ligaments. Its very strong and like a cable of steel, its this which is the ligament and cant be missed .. you have it on your right and left side but you target the right in this exercise aswell as in my V-SES because its more to the rightside than the left.

If the cord is thin and delicate without much strength, than its the spermatic tube and its not good to stretch it but than again I find this rather odd how someone could end up stretching the spermatic cord instead of ligaments! its a no brainer, the ligs are STRONG like STEEL .. you cant miss them.
 
Thanks for the quick reply Red. I am almost certain these 2 cords are my ligaments then. I do have another question for more insurance... when i stretch this cord, i feel more stress where it connects to the penis rather than where it connects to the pubic bone. Is this where the burning sensation occurs??

This cord seems strong like you said, a cable... but when putting more pressure, it feels it will rip off where its connected to my penis. Am i doing it correct? Even in a standing position, i can feel these 2 cords infront of my pubic bone, one on right side and one on left side.
 
Blue Whale, Are we only suppose to do this stretch on the right ligament? what about the left side?

See how thick they are. Do not stretch these cords. If you let them slip past your fingers you will still get an intense stretch. The cord has ligaments wrapped around it, much like the tunica of the penis, so it is pretty tough but not something you want to go pulling on.
 
im sure i'm not tugging on my testicle cords, theyre a little further to the side. The cords im tugging on is right infront of my pubic bone.

Blue Whale can you clear stuff up?
 
Its a zoomed in picture. Most anatomic drawings represent a average sized penis in relation to the body. Also since you are hooking the ligaments you might actually be pulling the spermatic cord midline. The suspensory ligaments are not cords, just sheaths that fan out. When I stretch my dick straight out I can see them being pulled out at the base. I highly suspect it is the spermatic cord based on the diagrams and unusual feelings I get when stretching. I can still get an amazing stretch while letting this cord slip under my hook. Why risk infertility?

Longstretch is right. I pull my unit back as described in the exercise and feel down until I find the cord. Then I go up from that and pull to the left. At first it feels like you're just pulling skin but as you continue with the exercise you can feel the thin fibers in the ligs. It's above the cord.

Don't pull on any thick cords.
 
I think this is going to scare and even confuse many to stretch again.

This needn't be complicated at all. Its EASY to know if your pulling the ligaments and all this with the sperm cord is sili as its thickness and strength wont be anything like that of ligaments.

& Ineedinches, you really need to LEARN the feel of the ligaments and I would suggest you feel around those of your other body parts such as elbows and behind the knees.

You cannot miss the feel of the suspensory ligaments and confuse it with that of a sperm cord ... a clown could sure.

Try the V-SES stretch of mine to get a feel for the ligaments aswell,because its much easier to isolate them than in this stretch. Not saying its better than this, but its easer to get them trapped and ready to be stretched.

Without someone actually stood next to you and dropping his pants to display all this, you really need to start trying to figure it out ... we can lead a horse to water but cant make it drink it.
