That's a good question, I'm not sure which is best.
The only way I've ever been able to do manual stretches is before because after it's too hard to work with all deformed and retaining water. It tends to get tough as well.
So lately I've been going flaccid and then doing 3 sets of manuals followed by flaccid
Bathmate stretches.
I still feel that familiar pain since the PGE-1 is in there but I don't know which is better.
