WHich ACE Bandage are you viewing? The one that is a single use or the quality multi use version? The higher quality is very comfortable compared to the cheaper tape-like version that is unbearable.

Hey LoveHerDeeply... I did the same thing, just bought a cheap one at the dollar store. I thought it worked great until I had to take it off... It was a painful nightmare! I just got the extender too and love it!!

i just read yesterday that dld says the rubber strip in the Sg kit is like ryerban and help with comfort...


well, im wearing it now, first 1 hr set of the day... and the most comfort yet. amazing comfort, little darkenig of the head, etc.. well see soon when i take it off if it sticks to skin. so far so good.

it allowed me to grip strap closer to the glans, less choke up the bat, lol. so getting more shaft tunica stretched. nice.

doh. foam is a bust.
at lowes I found the grey foam pipe insulation, recommended here by someone for making the base more comfortable. The smallest is for 1/2" pipe and is 3/8" thick.

thays Way to big. I couldnt get my flaccid coock into it, let alone I had no wrap yet.

if I find smaller thinner foam or another padding idea, great.

so Im in my Sg with a tad less tension, is all. going for a lot of sets today, so base pain is not an option, lol.
 
well, its become a matter of pain endurance. the base presses down into fatpad, and pulls up some skin under around the plastic base. that combo is a hotspot for pain.

gonna keep looking for options for a cushion there. made my hour but its getting hard like this.

I have been discussing this issue with the people who are doing the LengthMaster, I know a simple mod could be created to solve this comfort issue.
 
I can try to fit the pipe insulation foam to just that side, maybe.

when I backed off tension and went back to just letting it hold me extended after basic stretches, it was more bearable. got in 4x 1 hour sessions yesterday.

gotta keep going, might see wife in as little as 2 weeks. now, I dont expect sex anytime soon, but Id like to show her a huge bulge in the tight levis I plan to get...
 
okay, so its on with the bit of foam pipe insulation. thats just on the upper side where im seeing the red skin that hurts the last 3 sessions. I cut a piece of the foam just 2 inches long, angled cuts. the small part is inside. it was harder to get into the.base ring with the foam. Ill try getting ring down past the wrap next time the put foam on. might help.
I had to take out the med bars atop the long to make room due to the foam. may get short bars back in the next set.
so, its comfortable. fair trade off.

I decided to refocus on the basic stretches part of the routine anyway... I mean, thousands of the brotherhod have grown miles of new cock over the years here without tools besides their hands... so Ill stretch hard and use SG to retain that while healing. thats just how SRT is designed anyway.

I have to wonder, if my half inch gain so far is mostly due to losing weight. Ive lost over 40 pounds so far. I understand, if I lose bodyfat, especially excess, as it melts away in the fatpad area, the skin recedes, exposing more penis. maybe my bpel shows a gain because now I can press that base better? Im sure this is why Dlds SRT and Ultimate routines mention wsightloss as a part of pe.

will update after this set, with how it feels. Im working on a good question too.

yep, 2nd foam covering the balls side makes her comfy now. had to remove the long bar and go with med + short for now.
but I know the bragging isnt about how long of bars... its about what gains how fast and bpfl and nbpfl and eg... besides, my girth is already top 1% club... Im just trying to add an inch to hit my wifes culdesac. thats what counts. sili bars. pish.
 
ligs burning! thru the day I kept noticing a good lig burn feeling. what I did different last nite was, focus on btc and straight down stretches. the others and rotaries too, but especially down.

so I did that again earlier and im feeling this burn. im gonna keep it up, attacking these ligs really strongly with manual stretches as hard as I can, and see what I can get outta them. this is exciting!

BTC and Rotaries are really the best of two extremes! Combined, they do a thorough job of angular stretching.
 
thanks, dld. yeah, focusing on btc, down and rotaries is keeping the burnin lig fire going... sweet.

I use your dld blaster kegel routine as well. I start out with stretching up, do 100 quick kegels to tire the pc muscles and pelvic floor. then, I usually start with btc. so I get stretch started, and release pcs into the Rk, reverse kegel. I hold for 30 seconds, then release the rk. as part of rk im flexing my abs and rolling my hips backward ever so slightly, and kinda making like to push out gas, lol. thats all part of the rk.
after the 30 seconds I release rk. I pull even harder the stretch for another 30 seconds.

then release grip, massage head a bit to move blood thru it, and repeat stretch..

I rk during rotaries too. so I call this all my SRT blasters, heh... looking forward to my next tape session... might be my present to wife is growing.

did my first big workout in my new program today. tore my arms up. im looking forward to the am to see if my arms ache enough or not. determines if I go higher or lower weights next workout.

Im looking forward to my RoP coming soon. with higher T levels + bodybuilding routine, I hope to expand my arms and shoulders even more by time I see wife. shell already be shocked. im -45 pounds. shes never seen me this weight or fitness before.
