Hi guys! I just bought SG and I have a question about tension. In the instructions, they say that the tension should be between 600-900g for the first 6 weeks. I understand how to read the tension, but my question is... Do you have to adjust the rods length so that the tension is between 600-900 when fully stretched + 1cm? Because if I use the small rods, I can put the tension to 1200g and still doesn't feel a good stretch, but if I put the long bars, I can't go past 900g. So should I pick the longer bars and set the tension between 600-900 for the first 6 weeks? Is it how it is supposed to work?

I cant give you a definite answer as I dont have the sizegenetics (I have X4 labs) but what I did was add bars before adjusting the tension.

I would keep this very simple and avoid the long directions and how many grams, etc. It is a very confusing way of saying this; Wear your SizeGenetics always at a length longer than your erect length. It is that simple, you want to be as long as possible past your erect bp size. So if you are 6" BP erect you will want to shoot for 6.25 or more. DO this consistently and you will continue to grow. I love the .25" bars and utilizing the base swings to always bring the increase in length in very small increments to get every inch I can. Also, the compression of the springs is important to compress, add bars beyond your erect length and let it do it's job.
 
I read the the spring have to do the job and not the rods. Is it true? Let's say I want to stretch to 6.5"... Is it better to pick the smaller rod and add tension to reach 6.5 or pick the longer rod? When I pick the longer rod, I can't set the tension to 600g, as soon as I realese my penis the springs go in and I'm already at max tension or close to. Also, I've been doing some stretching and using batmate without consistency but I guess I'm used to PE so how many hours a day can I wear the device and how do I know if the tension is too high? I don't want to loose my time at low tension but I don't want to create permanent damage to my penis with too much tension. Finally, since I'm using both SG and BM, do you have a good routine including both?

Use the spring tension over bar length always!

The best routine using the equipment you have is SRT.
 
SRT lol, I have a life, that's why i bought BM and SG, BM only take 20minutes in the shower and SG I can were it at home after work. I'm looking for a routine with some form of progression , not an exhaustive routine

OK, so men who use SRT do not have a life?
 
probably lol but it too much time consuming. I leave the house at 4AM and come back at 6PM. I dont have time for extended routine. I'm sure there is plenty of effective routine with just sizegenetics and bathmate.
