Yes, in my opinion the best time to stretch is right after orgasm as the penis is too tired to resist the intensity. I follow a girth workout followed by ejaculation followed by stretching on most days.
Interesting... very interesting. This is a wealth of knowledge. Thanks, DLD!

Btw, if you have any other tips on the best timing with other PE exercises, please don't hesitate to give me more info/references. I'm really hungry for my PE education. :O

"Give in". Just meaning to attempt things rather than speculate on all the possibilities of injury to the point where you might not put in enough intensity to achieve gains. Yes we have to take precautions. Especially since this is our penis and we can't afford an injury.
Yeah, you're right. I guess trial and error here is inevitable.

We create microtears over time. It's a part of deformation and growth aside from having your cells mold/divide to a new stretched state. What you don't want is a macrotear (I should had went into detail on "tearing" in my earlier posts). This is what creates the scar tissue to the point where it can plaque up and can eventually create a bend in the penis.

The device should fix a bend overtime due to the reopening or dissolving of plaques within the tissue(s). The elongation in a stretched state is the key principle on why it helps in that way.

Some peoples bends don't get fixed. Some people use topicals along w/ elongation and they still don't get fixed. It really depends on the bend itself and the state of scar tissue(if any) that reside near the bend.
Oh I see. Well it doesn't appear that I have any problems in that department. But I'm glad you told me about that. So is this caused by too much intensity applied too soon?

Where was the ache? You said pain before and now you're saying ache.
I see aches more as a dull pain and then there's a sting or nerve type pain. They can also be aches as well. Really helps to pinpoint where the ache/pain thingymajig is happening.
It felt like it was just below the glans in the upper shaft area, which is where I felt it strongest, then it kinda went slightly lower than that, but the lower it went, the weaker the pain was (little to none at all). I'm sorry if I confused you. I was thinking of ache and pain to be the same thing (or at least in the same boat).

But this ache/pain didn't sting. It just felt like how a muscle would feel after working it out, e.g. kinda swollen feeling, achy, not necessarily a sharp sensation, but close. So I guess maybe it was just fatigue, but I wanted to be sure. Also, I think you missed my other question. I was wondering about girth. You said I should go .5 beyond my goals to help cement my gains, but did you mean that for both girth and length, or just length?

that pain sounds like fatigue after a good stretch.

as for cementing, yes its generally advised to go half an inch past both length and girth

Well, in girth work I like to do it right before sexual activity. I make my girth session the goal to accomplish before I allow myself to have an orgasm. My goal is always to cause expansion beyond my 100% erect girth size. When I accomplish this the prize is orgasm.

Are you referring to a macrotear or bends in general?

It could be a slight nerve issue, but it sounds more like fatigue.

As the others said. It's wise to go above your length/girth @ around .5+ to be safe. This isn't scientific. It's more statistic. Maybe based upon the size decreases some users may experience overtime after time off. I think that's what it's based on.
