I'm going to do ULI's and JAI's tonight, thanks guys. The JAI's seems much easier than the manual stretches in all directions,

Tkto, yeah those stretches soind productive but maaaybe i'll do switching mod for stretches, one workout with basics, one day jai stretch.
As for advanced tehniques and those 30 secs, is because my hand are getting tired if i hold more than 30 secs.

i have both! letward and upward curve. but yeah youre right the upward curve can be good as depending on the position it can hit the g spot better.
 
K18 yeah man, try those jais, but listen: WHEN YOU PULLING OUT EXHALE (2 SECONDS LAST) AND WHEN YOU RELEASING STRETCH INHALE THAT ALSO SHOULD LAST 2 SECONDS, because jais arent productive if you go beyond two seconds pull - release. Inform self a bit more for them.

I see, yea I'll pull for 2 seconds and release 2 seconds, but what if I just breathe after every set instead of breathing while doing them? B/c with any exercise I usually breathe after every few sets.
 
One breath last about two seconds, thats why you should breth in and breath out, so breath in while releasing, when you breath out then pull and thats is it
 
Yeah, they are hitting ligs but i think it hits the entire shaft also, but their main purpose is for ligs.

It's good you can do JAI anywhere and requires no skill or effort
 
Exactly k18, i ve been doing them at my work and home after pissing, just shot the twenty of em, you need two or three minutes to do 20 reps, and even after 20 you see flaccid increase for about 0.10-0.15
 
That fast huh. If I'm hitting ligs I can feel them sore the next day which I take is a good sign, dld told me.
I hope ur piss stretch method works out
 
Yeah man try them, i didnt know i can help you so much, i thought you were familiar with it, im gonna put them back into routine i wont be lazy, expect from itgood flaccid increase in fast time, but be careful with them it can hurt if your first ten pulls be like full forced, start easy then build up force, i was doing something like 300 reps in day plus 20-30 after pissing...

Yes thats right, it is better stress on ligs when you pull them and release them, try it and you will feel it, then come back here and post your opinion of it, and go on google and search for it, there is a ton of links on jai stretch

i feel like i am. seems to me its less curved nowadays, but the process is slow. i attribute it to the erect work against it, in my opinion erect curve work is much more effective than flaccid, as you can force expansion into the smaller (and therefore shorter/ curved) side

Oooh right, i misunderstood, well erect work is overall better than flaccid, and jordey what is that burning in my shaft's skin when doing slow squash jelq? Is that happening to you? I cant figure out is it bad or not...
 
That's never happened to me. When I was doing the base stretches I definitely felt discomfort in the skin until stretched it out
 
I dont think that skin burning is bad, more over it is even good thing, but i feel better if i ask someone.
 
Yea I like it when the brothers are open about their experiences. I have some real life friends that aren't afraid to share anything, and some that care too much about what someone will think of them. But the circle that trusts in one another is always the coolest.
