Warm up/Warm down - 5 minutes

Basic stretching - Up 2x2 minutes.
Down 2x2 minutes.
Left 2x2 minutes.
Right 2x2 minutes.

Erect.stretch - Outward pull(3 repsx30sec).

SRT SIZE BLASTERS - 10 repsX30sec each.

Supra Slammers - 15 repsX10sec stroke.
After all of that, some penis slaps followed by massaging the unit might be good as well.

Interesting combo of exercises. Also look into erect bends. They are a feel-good exercise and you can do more reps and sets of exercises that feel good.
 
Thank you k18, I wil try those, what do you think, can i do some good "damage" to my don with this routine, i think it is awesome, cant wait to give it a shot.
 
The exercises you chose are pretty good, and should give you micro-gains every day if they are done correctly with good technique and intensity. Do it for a week, and if it's truly good you will see a small but noticeable gain whether in girth or length, and let us know.

DLD and others also highly recommend an ADS to use after workouts so to have the penis rest in an extended state, and also during sleep. It is believed to bring quicker gains, but it is not necessary to make gains, it just helps a bit. I personally don't have the funds for any ADS or any tools, so I just do manual exercises, then just put my manhood back into pants when done.

Also if this works for you, consider increasing intensity and amount of reps/sets every few weeks or so or whenever you feel ready. Then at some point add new exercises to the routine along the way.

There is no one way to do PE, there are many options, manual exercises, tools, and etc. It's an experimental game. Find the things you like and feel give you gains and master them, and research new things when you can.

Same as you, Im not making serious bucks to buy equipment at this moment, i had really small penis at 5.0 lenght and 4.25 girth, now im on 6.9-7.0 lenght and mid girth is 5.3 so equipment isn't necessary, im happy with my hands, just wanna hit 8x6 and i'll be happy forever
 
Impressive gains. What was your routine before to achieve 7.0 length and how long did it take?

I have only been doing girth exercises the past 2 years, just now starting to add stretches and other length exercises.
 
THIS IS MY COPIED TEXT FROM FEW DAYS AGO.

I have started on 19 of february this year, plan was to do 90 days of JP90 routine, but I didnt liked it much it wasnt intense, then I have moved on 500 wet jelqs, religiiuosly three months and gained preety much girth(i was thin as pen let say about 4.5) after that I have changed that to 300 jelqs followed by 150 mini slammers this way: 100jelqs 50minis and so on, that gave me big girth advance, i have gained half cm from that, that routine lasted a two months religiously full , then ive lost a lot of willing to do and been lazy for a month, until i discovered slow squash, along with them i payed little more attention to stretching and.put jai stretches all day working them, whenever i got the chance to do them i was doing them because it is AWESOME ECERCISE TRUST ME beacuse i gained 2 cm in flaccid in four weeks (didnt measured erect), after that i heard for size blasters and i didnt liked them much, and two weeks ago i have started doing them not really correct but its okay cause now i really see what dld was talking about getting out from "cave" that inner penis...Nowday routine is five minutes of erect stretches downwards, size blasters and something that is similar to supra slammer but i just grasp my penis deep in base and squeeze - release a little to kegel up the blood and squeeze again, holding ten secs and move the hand towards glans for about one inch, shit that giving me creepy pump...Thats about it, i cant tell you.my exactly routine cause i dont have it, its kind of wild routine that working good...

if what youre doing is working, then thats great. you mind find it better for your progress though if things were more consistent in terms of workout to workout. it will help you pinpoint variables if things arent going to plan

So you gained 2 inches in length since February from doing mostly JAI stretches, size blasters, and erect stretches?
 
Yes exactly, but first gains i made is from jelqing, a lot of them, and kegels all the time, t when i started stretching i always pull like a lunatic.Tell me more about those bends, i see you hit 7.0 girth, i want to add another 0.5 to my girth so any help would be good.
 
My own Clamped Fully Erect Kegels and Reverse Kegels gives me great girth everywhere, base girth, shaft, and head. But I do many sets and very high intensity and hold for at least 18-36 seconds each rep. I go past exhaustion when doing girth exercises. Also erect Upward and Downward Jelq at high intensity in a relaxed Reverse Kegel gives me great base girth and head size.

Erect Bends gives me solid expansion, but they are very peculiar because they curve my Tunica and Corposa Cavernosa and make them longer, so it's actually a hybrid length+girth exercise.

i have done and regular do erect bends, but i dont do them for gaining size i mainly do them for curvature correction. i have a leftward curve so i throw in some bends to the right when doing ssj's, i feel it gives me pretty good expansion as im holding a uli at the base.

for girth in general, i think the bathmate is the way to go, for me nothing else has come close to it
 
two min stretches sound productive. Advances techniques for 30 sec sounds intense as well
 
Uve piqued my interest for these new RK's u dreamt up. I always thought if I kegel during an uli there's alot better blood, and seal above my grip.

Those bends are a tunica destroyer huh. I nearly bend at all if I ever do them which I mostly don't u no for safety

Well the Uli is actually almost the same as my Clamped kegel, except I hold the kegel instead of pumping quick kegels, and maybe hand positioning is different. I do thumb curl or Ok grip at deep base palm facing down.

And the Erect Bends hurt my skin at first b/c I'm cut, but it got better.
 
A leftward curve sucks, i jave an upward so my dick looks shorter in mirror it so annoying, but i heard women like upward curve for g spot i think.

Tkto, yeah those stretches soind productive but maaaybe i'll do switching mod for stretches, one workout with basics, one day jai stretch.
As for advanced tehniques and those 30 secs, is because my hand are getting tired if i hold more than 30 secs.
 
The Uli's are actually really good, possibly even better than my Clamped Rk b/c of the extra pumps and extra blood-trap. I just really got good at holding kegels and doing them for so long.
