I have a vacutech air pump and its amazing so yes i believe in air,,,,, did he tell you how long the pumping sessions should last for,,, like one set of 20 min or just do 5 min pump then 5 min ssj and repeat?
 
he wrote that in the first post: 2 sets, each one done for 5-7 minutes.
 
Im also curious when u do the stretches 1.5 to 2 inchs from base for inner penis length gains do you do them fully flaccid or semi-erect. also is air pumping the same enter fully erected, pump to full pressure for 5-7 minutes?

Reread this and think about what is actually happening.
To start with, the tube is full of water and your dick. You pump some water out and the internal pressure drops, creating a small vacuum. The difference in pressure between the vacuum and the inside of your dick then pulls your dick out to fill the space. You keep doing this till you can do it no more, then you replace the remaining water with air. With air, things are a little different. The amount of air in a given space is not a constant. Depending on ow much is allowed in, you could be decreasing the pressure dramatically (increasing the pressure difference between the tube and your dick) or you could even be increasing it.
Either way, this is not even close to straight air pumping and, were he any other sort of scientist, your urologist would probably know that.

I am not saying this method won't get results. I am simply informing you of the fact that this is not air pumping and, as such, air pumping will not do the same.

Also note that the above relies on an understanding of what is actually happening when you pump. For those of you who thought that you increased the pressure when you pumped, this may be a little confusing. While the force on your dick is increasing, it is in effect being pulled on b a reduction in pressure caused by the expulsion of the cylinder's other contents.

It was the "yeah, my entire profession knows how to do all this stuff way better than you could ever hope to, we just don't tell anyone" that seemed such a ridiculous claim. If they all really did know, so would we.

It has long been known that longer men tend to gain slower from standard manual stretches because the force applied is split across a longer shaft. Further more, I believe DLD himself wrote an in-depth post on how pulling from the base not only helps to pull out the inner penis but will also stretch it more, since the force is split across less length. The problem is, in this case, that you are only stretching the inner penis.
So, why not stretch a small amount of the shaft and get the best of both worlds? That would seem to be the idea here. It's nothing new, just an interesting application of previously known theory.

ok that answers my stretching question. now what about air pumping did he say a routine to do with air pumping. And did he say we can do ppe everyday or do we need days off?
 
ok thanks alot. That sounds like some pretty good advice there. im gonna have to mod my X-40 for a hand pump or buy a air pump :) and I also tried 3 sets of 100 erection in Bathmate really good expansion. Then I put a tight cockring on and edge for 10 mins for at least 3 more set it pushes the expansion even further and I think it expands the penis in a different way inner pressure(clamping). where pumping is a outer pressure I believe.

I'm just not getting the pumping explanation. I have used air pumps for water pumping and have the Penomet but I just don't understand how to pump all the water out and be in an air state. I'm an experienced pumper and I'm lost here. Maybe because I have never used or seen a Bathmate...do they work differently than the Penomet? Where and how does the hand pump come into play?

Neutronstar, from what you understood from the urologist is that air pumping is more effective than water pumping but we need to pump with more vaccum?? How much is more?? Is it best just to use a regular air pump and cylinder and forget about the water pumping?

Im 6.5 girth at the base I fill up the X-40 to fast and its not comfy so I had to get the X-40. you just pump till you can't anymore than you point it downward and pump more water till you can't anymore is this correct. Because this is what I did and it works to get a few extra pumps. tell me if im wrong thanks :)

yes Im aware of that im 6.4 inchs long and I would like to stretch my inner penis out as much as I can first because I want to get more girth at the base that should come with the inner base.Im currently at least 6.5 girth at the base but my long term goal is 7.5 possibly maybe even 8 if 7.5 girth isn't enough :) and 7.5-8 length so I need all the girth I can get(call me obsessed lol but thats what I want.) So when I stop gaining length and girth from inner penis stretches I will jump to other different stretches and the size genetics when I get to buy one from mos to help support this awesome site.
